It takes more than that. China, India and Turkey have become the gateway for refined Russian crude. Russia's April oil and gas revenues has almost doubled from April 2023. Thirteen rounds of EU sanctions have created more loop holes and not been enforced to the fullest since companies are still doing business in Russia. Russian oligarchs can still freely fly their jets with the help of a French parts supplier. The UK is one of the major importers of Russian refined products. In essence the West is indirectly financing Putin's war more then what they have pledge to Ukraine.

Not me, they basically took our tax dollars and couldn't secure our borders even. America should always come first. Help vets, build our military back. Make Americans better first then help, heck they ain't even part of NATO. Makes me and others sick of this display of our so called president.

@@Dudley-ug9ug If you don't know history then maybe don't even open your mouth? US made a promise to Ukraine back when in mid 1990s Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons. Also, by giving away Ukraine whatever weapons you have now replenishes US stocks with brand new weapons and military vehicles.

It's a sad situation anyway you look at it however it's their nation and no one else is going to fight to save it! I graduated in June of 71 and was in boot camp by October and in Vietnam by February! I was scared out of my mind but decided I had an obligation to my fellow soldiers to fight to the best of my abilities! There were horrors at every turn but each day brought me closer to returning home! Sometimes you need to stand as a man and do what's necessary for the whole, family, friends and the future! My thoughts and prayers are with everyone that faces this most difficult time in their life and with the families who've lost a loved one or who's dealing with injuries that are life changing! ❤❤

At this point I don't care of the reasons why speaker Johnson changed his mind, if he said he didn't understand the reports, for 8 months, if that's the case he has no business in the position he is in. But thank goodness he has finally done the right thing and now the aide is going to Ukraine. And for that I am thankful 🙏.
One, if you can consider this, good thing to Russian dominance in some areas is that now they will have a false sense of security. Aircraft flying freely will not be a good thing for Russia once the manpads or SAM systems start returning in numbers. Those confident pilots will soon find themselves under threat of being shot down. Should be interesting to see how the next couple of months plays out.

The guest is wrong about Johnson’s Uturn! First he got the go-ahead from trump and he was on the verge of losing the Speakership. The Democrats told him they would save his job if he would bring the Ukraine funding for a vote. These are the ONLY reasons he brought it for a vote. Enough Republicans were already on board that the bill would have passed in October if Johnson had had the courage to have brought it for a vote then. He did not change his mind because of anything anyone said to him about how horrible things were.
This American (yours truly) is ashamed by the behaviors of Marjorie Taylor Green and all those attached to her that oppose humanitarian (survival) aid to Ukraine. Those subhumans in the Republican U.S. Congress have subzero capacity for compassion and the joy of giving; to them it is an achievement to get away with cruelty.
As for opposition by Americans, some of whom are in it for the misery of others upon which they thrive, they can't care less that MUCH of money held by and administered by our government never saw a single moment as a tax. Ben, Your viewers need to know that not all of the Money promised to Ukraine, gets to Ukraine. This money is also used to pay for the US Troops that were deployed to Europe, that bolster NATO! That money is also used to replace the equipment that is sent to Ukraine, which is an unfair burden! The equipment being sent is mostly surplus military equipment and hardware, that was sitting in surplus yards or Warehouses. The Propaganda that is being spread to the US population, is that because of corruption, they money goes to Pres Zelensky, and he buys mansions with it! You and I know that is a lie, but the sheep follow the propaganda, and make it hard for Trump and Republicans to pass legislation to protect Ukraine! I wish that the news on weapons siloed make it quite clear that is not money that’s going to Ukrain but out of date ammunitions that are transferred to Ukrain and not money. The allies would need to pay for disposal so by transferring these out of date stuff is actually saving them money

It's not 'out of date' though of course it will be nearest to expiry as it would be if USA were using it themselves.
@@andrewholdaway813 some of the equipment had been used a few years before I used it in 1969. M-16 rifles. M-113 Armored personnel carriers, some of the night vision equipment is so used and scratched, that you can’t tell a tree from a human .
