I feed my birds on the bottom of the cage in a raised edged plate It makes it so they can finish their seed nothing gets left at the bottom and surprisingly they don't shit in their food Plus if you hang a football on the side of the cage they spread seed all over the floor if you put it on the cage bottom they don't do that

Bees can also communicate specific locations they found yet we barely see people commenting that bees use language the way we do (because they don't). Many species communicate in some way similar to us: chimps can lie intentionally, bees can "refer" to past events and give directions (same as elephants), dolphins have a complex syntax and they display dialects like us (this is crazy if you think about it, really shows they are the most intelligent animals by far)...

Then those combined sounds can be added up to even more complex systems of sounds, which a bird like this would never understand. Are humans the only creatures that can create complex language? You might want to check out the channel BilliSpeaks. It's a cat who communicates in simple English with buttons. She started learning it at the age of 12! She is now 14.. And also the channel What About Bunny - a dog who is also talking with buttons. After a while, she got a brother, who started using the buttons and learned by observing his big sister Bunny. Their human mother have been surprised many times when the youngest dog use words she has never taught him in the correct context. It's very fascinating to observe. I've been watching both of these channels from when they both first started out, and it's been so freaking interesting to follow their progress and watching them learn and even create their own word combinations to express things they don't have a button for. For this reason, I would recommend watching the earliest videos from the start to see how they have progressed over time. Both of these animals are part of a huge science study about animals communicating with human language. We are watching the start of something huge here!
