I wonder if negative is equal to negativity? I don't think so, negativity is a sense of mind (your moon,probably afflicted one) , while negative is a just a set of information. Informations are Unbiased, it's interpreted through biased mind.. That's itself, says that person need to do something for their moon... As, most artha karka(wealth) yogas are related to moon .. And if that is afflicted one may anyways be unhappy. Our body is primarily water 70% and then the maximum is earth. Moon embodies water, and if you have afflicted moon, your 70℅ of yourself is hammered by you only. That's why, use of moon is so important in vedic astrology. So am I saying, fear shouldn't come or it doesn't come to exalted moon? No, I don't think so. I think, they just know that what ever comes as Information is not a reality, it's just a set of information. So, rahu alone will not veto the action against all the other planets. Every action has to have consensus of every other planet. And you marry a unmarried spouse, so these strong placement did fulfill your wishes and confirmed the strength of its own by vetoing the other planet. But then, will rahu stop. Even, shiva had to put moon on top of himself, on the head and not on any arms or not on finger as ring,as we do with moti (lol) or not as necklace.. But on the head... How, you perceive the world (information) goes through your moon.
