man loved the livingroom ......every room should have balconies tho
Builders have started giving that carpet inside bedrooms instead. I rather enjoy it this way. One main balcony and other rooms get floor to ceiling glass walls. Also, very to risky to have balconies with bedrooms at 50-60+ floors.
@@adj33 it must be ok for you to pay 30cr and only on or two balconies ...by my own personal experience after some time house become unbearable if they don't have spacious balconies even newyorkers are also getting balconies this days in new apartment

This penthouse on 60,61,62 floor gives the entire terrace of the skyscrapper with infinity pool and it has the precious balconies you're looking for(lol), y'all outside really don't know the market, there's literally everything you want and lot more if you got money.
