They are not the same. VWAP (Volume weighted average price) is a one day indicator, it restarts everyday; VWMA (Volume weighted moving average) is not. When you plot the VWMA, you need to enter the lenght (number of days to calculate the moving average), which is not required for the VWAP because this one is only the price weighted with the volume.
