Take your time on the stair stepper 😊 but it’s honestly a great workout. You are doing great! Lookup the benefits. I just started doing the stair stepper about a month ago and I will do around 500-600 steps. I definitely am seeing the results 😊 I use to do the treadmill and the elliptical alot but I slowed down and started doing the stairstepper way more. Love too see y’all working out 😁

If you guys ever visit Jacksonville beach they have a Margaritaville hotel there too!! Plus the beach is nice and clean, no seaweed or nothing lol
IMO, Hollywood Beach is the absolute best beach in South Florida. Next is Sunny Isles/Hallandale Beach.
The Diplomat is a gem. My room was full ocean view 2551.

Y’all should do a staycation at the Wave in Lake Nona. The hotel is state of the art and Lake Nona is quaint. It’s my go to hotel when I’m in Orlando when I’m not staying on property at Disney or Universal resorts.
I love me some sprouts, fresh food and great prices and sales.

Just to help you out for the gym! C4 is not great for you but I recommend alani nu or bucked up preworkout! It taste better! Makes you perform better and helps with recovery after the gym!
