I own Naxos and 40 Knots...love them both.
I ended up ordering both versions of Mefisto. I was leaning that way & your video & subsequent comments sealed the deal for me. The original arrived this week, the weather warmed up here in my part of SoCal, and I gave it a full wear today. This stuff is nice!! I heard the comparisons to Silver Mountain Water, and there are some similarities, but the florals in Mefisto jump off and take it in another direction! I don't even know what I'm in for when Gentiluomo arrives! Regio is the next one that I want to try, being the mature man that I am. LOL
I have mixed thoughts about Xerjoff. I wish there was a nearby store where I could test some more, but then I'm afraid that I would go broke if I did!
Not sure what part of So Cal you live, but in Sherman Oaks there is a store that carries it. Parfums Raffy. They have A LOT of Xerjoffs. Scent Bar in DTLA and Hollywood also carries some but not a lot in store.

I’m always looking for a deal, and even better if I can pass the savings along to nice people who share this crazy hobby of ours! My scent of the day has been Casamorati's Italica, which leaves a delicious scent trail in literally freezing weather, here in my State of Tennessee.
It snowed some this morning, and is *still* just above freezing temperature.
I'm thinking maybe I should check out Regio and at least one of the Mefistos, thanks to your recommendations. 😉
I have Italica as well. Maybe I should wear it tomorrow since it will rain here in California too. Hope you get to check out the others, and even if you do not like them, at least you got to try something new.

I do love a lot of them, but the new reviewers are so raw. You really seem like you have the knowledge to educate listeners about fragrances. As a man, I want realistic reviews from woman. Not that “panty-dropping” b.s. that has a bunch of people really believing they can get women if they buy a particular fragrance. Don’t get me wrong, some fragrances are seductive and may work if a person is already interested in you, but in general, it’s very misleading. Again, thank you for what you do. My, my....what an awesome nose you have! OK, you're not a big, bad wolf & I'm not little red, but I hope that makes a little sense. Please bear with me. I've seen it sprinkled throughout your comments, and it's worth repeating - You have amazing taste in fragrances!! Both versions of Mefisto, Regio, all pure fire! And I still need to get Naxos.
I wore Mefisto Gentiluomo over the weekend and I felt like a million bucks. The citrus, floral, powdery combo is alluring! It gave me a freshly-showered vibe that stood its ground even as it was hovering around 90 outside. Those Mefisto baddies are going to be 2 of my best friends this summer!!

Torino21 is amazing, Renaissance is beautiful. I have bought it as a gift before. 1888 wasn't one I would revisit. I have heard great things about Ivory Route but have not smelled it before. 😬
Hi Estefania! (Hope that I spelled your name correctly.) 🤞With the weather warming up I've been hearing a lot of good things about Mefisto. I wanted to find out more, so I did some searching and I discovered your channel. How would you say that the 2 different versions compare to one another? Are there notes that are present in one, but not the other? Since you have access to Gentiluomo, what makes you want to pick up the original?
I think to me they are BOTH amazing. But Gentiluomo is a bit more powdery and the florals/ rose come out more than in the regular Mefisto. Regular Mefisto feels more reminiscent to a classic fresh citrus scent, but Gentiluomo seemed a bit sexier. You cannot go wrong with either, i just feel like Gentiluomo is maybe a bitttt more unique/ modern than the regular. They are also quite familiar notes to people so it may get lost in your nose, regardless, it will still be there 😍.
Awesome! My (limited) research leads me to believe that Gentiluomo is the more unique scent. I think I’m going to pick up a bottle, and maybe I’ll check out the original as we roll into summer. I hope that your channel continues to grow - count me as a new subscriber. And BTW I like how you add a Spanish “twang” to the pronunciation of the Italian fragrance names!

Via Cavour 1 is absolutely fabulous. Leans masculine but a women can wear it. Uden Overdose is a great fall/winter fragrance. Mamluk is total sex bomb. Not an everyday wear but evening on a cold rainy nite 😉

I blend gentluimo and the regular mefisto, and I never failed to get compliments... So much so that I never wear them alone I always wear them as a blend.,,. I also have uden overdose and the original uden,.. I find the original uden to be way better than uden overdose

Mefisto Gentiluomo just smells more fresh than Mefisto. Both are fantastic. Myself I find a lot of Xerjoff´s good. I could not pick a clear top pick. Depends on the mood and season.

I recently fell in love with Fiero. Omg so good. Definitely for summer.. Regio is really strong due to the heavy Patchouli. So my vote is for Fiero in this case. 💚

That's always a tough question to answer because it depends on taste. But I would say Fiero is more so than Regio. I do not think its similar to Black Orchid.. no way, in a good way.

Good review. I’m now interested in Gentiluomo. I respect a woman’s view on men’s fragrances over men in general. I’m not vying for their attention although I consider their opinions.
I agree with you 1,000%. My top favorites are quite different from my most complimented fragrances as well as for the ones men like on me. Although its nice to feel appreciation for having good taste 😜😆 lol... most of my favorite fragrances have never been commented on.
