كيف مالها علاج ولما تكون لحالك بتحكي طبيعي انت وانا لما نتوتر ونخاف من كلام الناس اكيد راح هيك يصير فينا انا بنصحك احكي مع ناس حاول وحكي قد ما بدك هيك ما مرور الزمن راح يروح أن شاء الله اهم شي لا تتوتر انا لما التأتأة أو احكي مع الناس بصير اعرق من كثر التوتر

التدخين مرض واحاول تاخذ قرار معاد تتاتا وتدخن
ممكن ذلك نعم لأنو التدخين العنيف رح ما يخلي تنفس جيد وربما يعيق التنفس الصحيح وهذا ايضا من اسباب تأتأة .. طبعا هي على حسب الشخص .. ومرات الشخص يدخن في حالة غضب يعني لا يخرج التوتر يزيد في ادخاله وهذه كل اسباب ممكنة .. لذلك تدخين من وجهة نظري سيء جدا لل متأتأ وكل ناس طبعا
