In today’s tour, we explore the newest 6.895.000€ Designer Villa which just hit the Market! Ps: It has a huge tropical vibe :D !
Property description:

Many would have a different view pt and say that this design is refreshing from the normal white box design.
The main floor does not have a floor above it which allows for high ceilings all throughout. Those exposed wooden beams are not the norm. That 2nd living room/bedroom (with no tub/shower or closet space) is not the norm.
It is a tropical/Bali vibe especially the view of the home from pool side - Not the norl at all.
The green tiled accents amongst the gorgeous wood is not the norm.
Yes, this home has many special elements. It simply may not be your cup of tea.
Are you familiar with understanding the value (cost) of living front line of a golf course just 8 minutes away from Puerto Banus in GORGEOUS Marbella?
After some research you'll get a better feel for living in a home with see for ever views in Marbella and so close to all the action of the marina area.
What are your thoughts about a 10M Euro apartment in Monaco, or new homes in Dubai or Vancouver?
Location is Extremely important when the value of Real Estate is concerned.

But 7 million for a plot with no view, neighbours on both sides, no 2nd story? Single story houses are luxurious if you have the space to put everything on one floor. This house clearly doesn't.

Lots of houses in Marbella tend to be overpriced when they list but this pricing should be illegal for renovating a 20+ years old house.
Probably bought for 1m or so with 1m max of renovation and trying to sell for almost 7m 🙃

Good vibes! Combining modern white floors and traditional elements such as wooden planks works well. Some exotic beach flair to it.

The entrance to the house with the sink and faucet reminds me of a monastery, where hands are washed before entering. The garage floor covered with the cheapest material and the worst tiles on the market. Toilets and shower heads in the bathrooms are the ugliest designer could have choose. The designer played with colors in the bathrooms, like a naive color-blind painter, so everything was colorful in front of his eyes! If he wanted to place colorful sinks and toilets, then he should have choosen better one, for example Kohler Artist Edition sinks and Kohler Artist Edition Numi 2.0 smart toilets. But, for him was too much to give 15K dollars per piece for the toilet, if he could give much less. But now, he can ask 7M for the villa, that's not too much! The kitchen appliances should be better. Tv unit in the living room is too small. Bbq grill is too ridiculous for the price of the house. The only room in the house that I like the way it is decorated is the cinema, but there tv unit should be bigger, for example MicroLED Samsung 114", 140" or 146". Btw., the owner can only dream of receiving the money he is looking for. And the finally, I don't like if in the house used too much of the wood. P. S. The swing is too close to the stairs and if you weren't careful enough and were swinging backwards, you could easily fall out of the swing, roll and fall down the stairs. 😂

Don't care about the price, I absolutely LOVE this house. A more normal size, not a stupid square glass box, but mesmerizing eye for detail and livability. It feels so inviting and cozy while being quite open and with modern coloring. The wood just takes it to another level. The extended side of the property gives all the privacy you want. More developers should think about that.
Yes you tell that the owner was not intending to sell it right away but rather wanted to build a home that that captivated his/her wish list of design. Very different from those big white box designs. Some of which I luv simply due to the amenities such as an indoor pool, hot tub, spa, large gym, cinema, bar, wine room, sports/games room, outdoor infinity edge pool with lots of outdoor chill areas & 6+ car garage with views of the Med, Gibraltar & Marbella.
For those that want a cozy home in Marbella just 8 minutes from Puerto Banus with C4ver views that is front line golf, with cinema, a hot tub surrounded but lush greenery than this is a MUST SEE.

Hey Andy, remember an asking price is simply a number and everything is open for negotiation.
Location, obviously, is extremely important when considering an asking price.
This home is on a dead end street with 24/7 security, front line golf, see 4ver views - these elements all play a big factor when determining value of a property.
All of that plus a small home that is just 8 minutes from Peurto Banus in sunny Marbella.

The location is perfect (Frontline on Los Naranjos and a dz courses within 20 minutes) especially on a dead end road.
Luv the see4ver views of mountains & the golf course over the outside pool and a very large outdoor space to enjoy - Very nice!!
Interior has lots of wood and those green tiles inside add a nice pop.
You can tell that this was not built for resale rather with the owners wish list in mind - Cool design 👍
That 2nd living room with those views just down from the kitchen is a great touch.
I prefer a large plot with a large white box design that offers inside pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna, hammam, cinema, garage parking for 6+ vehicles, all with THE Amazing views to the Med & Gibraltar, etc (Villa Cristal, Casa Magda & Villa White) but for those who prefer a smaller, intimate design I think this Villa is a MUST SEE
8 mins to Puerto Banus, 3 mins to La Quinta Resort & Golf and just an 8 mins drive to the beach.

I just can't stop laughing 😂😂😂 Apparently this is THE MOST EXPENSIVE house in the whole Malaga province 😂😂😂😂 It has the highest price per sqm in whole province 😂 Almost €19k/sqm!!! Wow😂

Bali style in Andalusia. Guys! I am an Arab and I feel insulted by this. We taught you the art of architecture and made Andalusia the centre of beautiful architecture in the world. Just be proud with andalucian identity and architecture.
Seriously? 7M€??? For a small home on a narrow plot with very close neighbours? Without a (closed) garage, a gym or spa/sauna? For that price tag I want space and privacy and there are way better offers in La Quinta or Sotogrande with phenomenal views (and no disturbing golf course directly in frontline).

Hello guys and all MAROGANG! We like such houses. They have a nice, friendly interior, providing privacy. You know, I would only add a sea view... pozdrowienia z Polski. 😊🇵🇱
Definetely has that luxury beach house vibe going on ❤ Anywhere else it would be a lot cheaper. The aspirations (greed) of some developers is astonishing. There are several properties in La Mata around the €2M mark that have been on the market since 2016 and they've just built a brand new one there. People with that kind of money are moving away from Spain so unless Spain has a lot of home grown millionaires looking to spend their money, the luxury housing market is going to stagnate.
As for the house, it's one of my favorites! I like the compact design, nice color palette and materials, chill out room, cinema, pool, etc. Well done. Obviously i don't like the price. As others already said: it's overpriced. Also the location is not for me, with a view on the golf course, but oh well. Like Patrick said: choose a real sport!

Its totally overpriced with that size. If it was beach front it still would be overpriced but a little closer to what its worth.

Ich genieße Eure Haus-Touren immer sehr und heute habe ich eine Frage. Könnt Ihr irgendwie herausfinden welche Fliesen im Pool verwendet wurden um das Bali-Grün hinzubekommen. Bisher habe ich nur Green Sukabumi Stein gefunden der das so kann aber den gibts fast nirgendwo zu kaufen. Ich wäre Euch für diese Info mega dankbar. LG Jan
Das Haus ist sehr schön - nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist aus meiner Sicht sehr gelungen. Es wirkt einladend und gemütlich. Nur der Preis ist für diese Art Haus an dieser Stelle entschieden zu hoch. Trotzdem schön, dass Ihr es so anschaulich präsentiert habt.
Das gleiche Haus wurde heute bei Victoria Gorska gezeigt 😂
Aber irgendwie sieht es bei Euch immer alles etwas besser aus. Die filmen immer erst spät nachmittags, und dieses Mal sogar ohne Sonne.

I love the backsplash in the kitchen where the sink is they made it look like stretched snakeskin. Dominick that pink for that sink in the bathroom is Wild Rose pink it is one of my fav colors :).

ya, doesnt look like it. But that toilet is used by the bedroom suite next to it which has the shower and sink areas.

Plus they mentioned, that you could use it when you were in the cinema room. So that don't need to go upstairs to the toilet/loo.
Nice one guys. Most comments say it is over priced but a property is worth what someone is prepared to pay. More Scandanavian design especially with so much wood. Outside is a lot of maintenance on the wooden floorings. You did a great job once again.
