We need your excellent support. I beg your pardon for my grammaticals mistakes, I just begenning with this tricky language, thank a lot
Thank you for this amazing lesson. I've seen several times sentences with "used to" as an adjective and gotten confused. But now it's super clear the rules and uses.
Hello Wes! Greetings from a sunny São Paulo, Brazil! 🇧🇷 Thanks for this great video -- clear, concise and succint. I couldn't agree with you more in that we were not used to being hunkered down for this long until the pandemic came in -- and no wonder why so many people have been suffering from cabin fever by now. Well, let's hope the world gets fully vaccinated soon so that we may try to get our lives back to normalcy of things. (fingers crosse!) In the meantime (and as always), please stay safe and stay well. All the best! 😊

I used to drive a beater car when I was really young. Fortunately it's not the case anymore 😊. Wes, did you use to drive such a car? On a side note, as an American I'm sure you're used to automatic transmission ☺.

For "to be used to" Some teacher always add the article "THE" for example : I'M USED TO THE COLD WEATHER...
What do you take on this situation???
