Your family is on the right track. Our kitchen is a 1.5 butt kitchen on one side, and a 1 butt kitchen on the other side of the island. That is how we've always measured our kitchens. The funny thing is that I did some interior design classes, and they give the mathematical equation for how big a kitchen should be, but I've never thought of them that way.

I put together a raised garden bed last year, and then ordered a metal raised bed to add to it this year. Plant mostly tomatoes and basil, but also have peppers and trying cucumbers in the raised bed this year.
I might have to try a raised bed garden.

I'm not a yard person either. I wish I was. Maybe after my hands heal from carpal tunnel release surgery I will do that next year.
Looks like you’re making good progress. I’m working on my flower canvas as I watch you. I have one of those AB tips too from Dreamer design. Works good. I have found I like using glue dots; I can’t tell the difference between the pink and blue wax. Good luck with the garage sale. Thanks for sharing.

@@DiamondsByTeeda Thank you! I saw that picture but you called them Pansies and the descriptions states Violas, so I thought I had the wrong canvas. There picture doesn't do it justice. Your WIP looks so much better and colorful.
