Incredible. I had no idea. Thanks for telling their stories and letting them tell. Im crying. We owe that generation so much. They fought so we could have a better world....and look what we've done with it. We owe it to them to do better. Love you all much

That was so hard to watch! But I'm so glad I did - among many reasons I am proud to be Canadian and forever grateful to our armed forces, past and present. ❤

Every succeeding generation owes a debt to these fine brave men... The freedoms we take for granted today were a gift paid for by their courage, by their sacrifice, by their honor. May Allah bless them all..

Got to admit that I felt great sadness for these honourable soldiers, when you see and hear the emotions and how it absolutely hurts bad when you lose your fellow soldiers who you love with All your heart, yeah I cried but I am only human and have compassion for them all, rest in peace to all the men lost, and may you all live safe, well and happy to the surviving members of the black watch 🌹

My dad served with the Black Watch in WW2. He was a Bren gunner. He never talked about anything he experienced.

My grandad also served in the Black Watch in ww2. Canadian medical tent cared for him when he was injured. We have great respect and love for Canada 🇨🇦🇬🇧

When ever I go through difficulities I do not go to the bible. I hold the front line whiste of my Glasgow JEWISIH grandpa who immigrated to Canada via enlistment in the late 1800s. He was at The Vimy and he fought in WW2. I also have the Canadian forces Jewish Army calendar and many pictures of that time (WW2). My dad (on the other side was from Bratislava) was a child holocaust survivor. By BLOOD is strong. No matter what today, is considered "tough" and for me all of whatever it may be is NOTHING. And I also consider the brave and resiliant Palestinians. Again NOTHING here is tough. ZIONISM is not Judaism. It is a plague on the entire world! WW2 was supposed to be the end of genocide and all wars. So, what happened? Greed and power as the standard of "success".
