I have a friend that said she was one of the angel tree kids when she was growing up. It's a great thing. She said most years the angel tree gifts were the only ones she got. ❤
I was one year and I remember the pure excitement! I sign my kids up for the Christmas alliance here, it works the same way but through our town. Its such a blessing ❤
Good very early morning Mary! It’s 1:41AM where I am! I just wanted to elaborate on what you said about the kids on the Angel trees not knowing they’re angel tree kids. I personally can confirm this. When I was a child and my twin and I were chosen as angels on an angel tree. We never knew. We just thought Santa got it all for us. It wasn’t until we were young adults. Around 17/18 that my mom finally told us that she was actually struggling really badly that year and had to put as as angels on the Angel tree at our elementary school otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten any presents and that’s how we had such a great Christmas that year. For reference I’m 25 now. Just turned 25 on the 22nd as you saw on my comment on your other video. Thank you again for the birthday wish! 🥰. I feel like I always blab about being an angel tree kid on these videos but I can’t help it. I just love and appreciate your generosity so much and I want you to know how much you’re truly helping these parents and children. You truly will never know how your acts of kindness lead to life changing experiences. I am forever appreciative of you and will forever love these videos! Thank you for all that you do Mary! One of the reasons I love watching you is because you’re warmth, kindness, and selflessness reminds me so much of my own mother. Now that I’m an adult on my own starting my own family (currently pregnant with my first. I’m having a boy!) watching your videos brings me extra comfort when I’m feeling homesick for my own momma! ☺️ Thank you for another great video!

This is one of the most touching videos I have ever watched. The care and generosity you put into buying these kids gifts is so precious. It is so nice what you do for other people and we all need to learn from this woman about how to care about others out there. Our world needs more people to care like this. One can only imagine the amount of children that are not even being reached that are not on the angel trees. The neglect and sad childhoods of kids not being cared about are countless.
I was an angel tree kid growing up for many years. I never knew till i was older. Those presents were the only stuff we got every year. So grateful ❤ now we adopt 2 angels every year and help out. This year my town has in huge amount of angels on the tree this year.

They’re gonna be so excited. I was an angel tree kid when I was 8. I was living in a homeless/halfway house with my mom and siblings and I received a game boy from an angel that year! I know I had a huge smile on my face. You are awesome for doing this.

My family was dirt poor when I was growing up so bless your heart for doing this. There was nothing like that when I was a kid but gosh, I'd have loved the fact that someone cared. So I'm sure they will absolutely love everything, the gifts as well as the fact that a total stranger cared so much.

I was an Angel tree kid growing up so this is very special to me. My parents always did their best at Christmas time, but it’s the people like you that helped them go that extra mile for my brother and I. Thank you❤

I've said this in some of your other videos but I'll say it again.....the thoughtfulness you put into choosing gifts for these kiddos is so sweet. I love your genuine excitement shopping for them. It is great that you give them a Christmas that they would not get if not for you, and others, that participate in the Angel Tree. It is contagious and helps me be in a better mood to do my shopping because I don't like Christmas shopping at all. I love your Angel Tree videos and they are a gift to me. I have gone back and watched the videos from last year as well. I hope you had a good Thanksgiving and have a good weekend.
I have a complicated relationship with my dad, but him and my mom have always made Christmas special. Christmas Day holds some of my fondest memories I have with my family and I am so grateful for that. Because of you, you’re giving so many people the chance to have what I had growing up (and still have now). Thank you, Mary!!

I’m so excited to see all your content about the angel tree! They warm my heart and have to be some of my favorite videos! Kids stuff is always so much fun and I just LOVE your wrapping videos in general. I hope one day to do this myself. I try to buy a few gifts for the toys for tots charity in my area but would love to be able to eventually buy a multitude of lovely gifts tailored to specific children 😊
Also omg! The babysitters club! I remember borrowing those in 3rd grade back in 2005 from the school library! I’m wondering if she watches the new Netflix show so hopefully she will be very excited to get the books!

We have the ‘Giving Tree’ in my city. It’s a tradition that my mum and I did and now I’m older I’ve continued that. This year I bought for two teenagers sisters. I love these show & tell videos. Very relaxing, and for a wonderful cause.
Generosity is one of the most inspiring and beautiful traits to have. Sharing anything you can with those who have less than you is one of the most wonderful things we do as people. This video cheered me up and made me smile, and I cant even imagine how the kids will feel.
Thank you for doing the angel tree for several kids. It is a fabulous program. I love the day at work we all come in with our gifts to see the bicycles with bows, and cute packages bundled up for those children! And always so fashionable! Love the necklace paired with the chic, sleek ponytail. 😊

As I live in UK Angel tree isn’t really thing well it might be but I’ve never seen it and I think it’s wonderful that you do this taking the time out of your day to buy some presents this is so sweet !!
Shame we don’t do something like this in the UK. We can donate money or even a gift. But can’t provide for a child’s entire Christmas.
So this year I have a 17 year old come and stay from a local homeless hostel. She knows my eldest. She’s a sweet girl who would spend it alone if she wasn’t coming to mine.
I’ve had endless fun picking her presents. Mainly clothing at her age. And her stocking .
Still, I’d so like to buy like you have for young children. I had very little as kid, and was bullied for being a bad kid as Father Christmas didn’t bring much. And nor did my mum and family get me allot.
Come January in the playground. Hearing how everyone got bikes or Barbie sets, and I got a VHS tape. Yeah , I was laughed at and I can’t stand the idea of that happening to another child .
So good on you. I wish you did a just giving page. Id donate so guy could maybe help another child and buy hoodies to go with the jeans and hats to go with the coats :) xxx
Dunelm runs a similar programme :) they have trees in stores you can pick a tag from and then provide gifts for someone
