I don't know if you will see this Jo but the wonderful blue jacket you tried on first at home is called a "Bracelet Sleeve" because it shows of your bracelets/watch which I think is a great feature for a mid season jacket, it's also very European which is also really nice. I hope when you next spoke to the manager (or if they watched this video) that you told them how rudely and badly this woman treated you...sadly some people shouldn't work in retail and she should have been sent home. I once had a bad encounter with a waitress she was in a hell of a mood and I said to her in front of her boss "if you don't like your job don't do it, go home" the look on both their faces was priceless!
