Twice is one of the biggest groups out there but I still can't help but think that they're also criminally underrated. People always get the impression that they're just pretty girls who act cute on stage but the real gems are the bsides, especially the ones written by the members themselves. It's such a shame that most people don't really listen to the other tracks in their albums. Until now, some people still think that Twice have no strong vocalists because their title tracks are usually easy listens, especially their earlier cuter title tracks, that don't really require too much vocal prowess. It saddens me that some people don't know this side of them so I'm always excited when reactors listen to their albums. I hope you can react to Formula of Love too. Also, I'm looking forward to the 2022 guide reaction! :)

Dahyun is filling in the mood of "returning to the original intention" becoz this song may be the last song they sing as a group.

These two albums are my favorite albums :)) so you see, there are more amazing Twice albums ahead of you to listen to :)) I love Between1&2 and I love "Ready To Be" a lot but they are not my #1 and #2 albums :) I hope you make reaction videos for these albums , I'm really curious about your reaction, you can split it into a few parts because they are full albums. Queen of Hearts was my favorite from this album, the 90's pop rock tone and they all nailed the vocals, they did a live vocal video for it too with really cool outfits that match the genre. I listen to a lot of K pop but Twice is the only one I fan out for, amount of varied talent in one group is crazy. All the while remaining grateful to their fans, friendly to staff and close friends to each other.

Going back to this video again and I'm happy that you appreciate Momo's voice. I feel it's quite rare that people enjoy her sound because they mostly know her for her dancing. Some aren't a fan of her nasally tone too, but personally, I find it charming. I notice nasality is kinda common among the Japanese since Sana kinda has this too. I've known Twice since Sixteen, when she was still a trainee, and Momo was my favorite contestant there because she was a triple threat. She can sing, dance and rap. Back then, she used more of a husky, lower register when she sang, so it's such a shame that in Twice's early years, JYP made her change her singing style into a more high-pitched cutesy tone that's not within her range to fit their bright concept (I would compare it to Britney's fake ‘baby’ voice in the early 2000's). It didn't do Momo any favors and gave people the impression that she couldn't sing because performing live using an unnatural voice was not easy. Momo has been badly criticized because of it, and I always find it unfair because the trainee Momo I knew had a nice vocal color. Sure, she's no Jihyo or Nayeon, but she's not as bad as the haters made her out to be, and she always worked hard. I doubt the singing style the company assigned on her was healthy for her vocal cords too. So yeah, if you listen to their older tracks, you might notice a difference in her style. I'm glad that lately she's been allowed to use her “real” voice as their sound matured. She shines the most when she's within her range, and I'm always happy when people recognize her vocal skills. Anyway, I mentioned this in another comment, but I do hope you can react to Formula of Love. The songs are amazing and Momo sounded so good in that album. ❤️

"When we were kids" makes me emotional everytime. All of them undergone training at a young age especially Jihyo at 8. The foreign line (especially Tzuyu) came to Skorea at a young age even they can't speak Hangul and w/o family .

Loved this! Watching you groove to Trouble and then get super emotional to When We Were Kids...big mood, haha. (And lmao, knowing you bias Jihyo, it was so satisfying watching you fall in love with Trouble instantly 😂) My personal faves are Basics (Chae and Momo on a rap that Chae wrote...absolute perfection) and Gone (Jihyo's voice here and her ad libs and high notes make me go insane, lmao). Jihyo and Nayeon are usually the ones doing ad-libs (if it's Jihyo singing, then it's Nayeon doing the ad-libs and vice versa; wish they'd let Jeongyeon get in on the action too tho 😭) TWICE's B-sides are incredible, and it's a shame that a lot of people just stick to their title tracks--their discography's so diverse, and you can tell the girls can do justice to just about any genre. In terms of writing, TWICE I think is the girl group with the most writing credits (76 iirc?) and a lot of them are solo credits...you'll probably get to know more about that when you react to the guide 😁 Dahyun has imo some of the deepest and most passionate lyrics out of all the TWICE songs, but I'm a big fan of Chae's style as well, and I'm always excited for Jihyo's lyrics cause 1. they're bops 2. they can be so interesting (she wrote a song about her cactus (it's a metaphor, but still funny AF) and another one about insomnia and sleep paralysis 😭) (Speaking of interesting lyrics, Chae has a song that's about "strawberries", but is actually about hickeys, lmfao. They have a live performance of it, and I can't wait to see you react to that, LMFAO). Momo hasn't written as many songs, but the songs she does have are some of my absolute faves.

Dahyun's lyric writing is so beautiful and amazing, When We Were Kids tugs at heart every time Basics is my go to Chae rap song. HER lyric writing especially when it comes to raps is STELLAR. Brave and Basics are two of fave Twice b-sides. 💕
Loved this! Watching you groove to Trouble and then get super emotional to When We Were Kids...big mood, haha. (And lmao, knowing you bias Jihyo, it was so satisfying watching you fall in love with Trouble instantly 😂) My personal faves are Basics (Chae and Momo on a rap that Chae wrote...absolute perfection) and Gone (Jihyo's voice here and her ad libs and high notes make me go insane, lmao).
Jihyo and Nayeon are usually the ones doing ad-libs (if it's Jihyo singing, then it's Nayeon doing the ad-libs and vice versa; wish they'd let Jeongyeon get in on the action too tho 😭)
TWICE's B-sides are incredible, and it's a shame that a lot of people just stick to their title tracks--their discography's so diverse, and you can tell the girls can do justice to just about any genre.
In terms of writing, TWICE I think is the girl group with the most writing credits (76 iirc?) and a lot of them are solo credits...you'll probably get to know more about that when you react to the guide 😁 Dahyun has imo some of the deepest and most passionate lyrics out of all the TWICE songs, but I'm a big fan of Chae's style as well, and I'm always excited for Jihyo's lyrics cause 1. they're bops 2. they can be so interesting (she wrote a song about her cactus (it's a metaphor, but still funny AF) and another one about insomnia and sleep paralysis 😭) (Speaking of interesting lyrics, Chae has a song that's about "strawberries", but is actually about hickeys, lmfao. They have a live performance of it, and I can't wait to see you react to that, LMFAO). Momo hasn't written as many songs, but the songs she does have are some of my absolute faves.

Me and my partner have hear every album since The year of Yes on launch day and it's a rollercoaster every time! Hope to see you react to all of them, though I know the japanese albums are somehow harder to react to, my tip is to search around on yt a bit and see what others have gotten away with, especially as of late :)
