Hi Clare I remembered your last video after I had broken 3 mugs in less than a week 😂😂. It’s too late for HRT for me due to my age so I’m trying to formulate a plan to get rid of all the aches and pains I have .🤞

Good girl “Tomata” as you called yourself when you got into your car after swimming!!! 😂😂😂 That’s awesome you got some exercise! I have contacted all my friends AND TH-camrs who I’m subscribed to who live in the UK today. It’s now Friday July 5th at 6pm it’s 97f outside 🥵🥵🥵. So…..either people are celebrating heavily 🍸🍹🍸🍹🍸🍹🥂🍾 OR there are plenty of tears in their beers types. 🙁🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
I must admit I’m quite envious , your elections are over….here in the States FOUR MORE MONTHS until we vote…..THEN the Inauguration happens on in January! Ugh, seems like this election started once the last one was over! Consider yourself lucky……your country moves fast as soon as the votes are tallied! Hi Claire, nobody is perfect so don't pull yourself down by saying the back of your hair isn't perfect. It all looks wonderful and you suit it either way. Don't get me started on politics - I despair at the calibre of the majority of MP's. Your specs look good, but only you will know if the lenses are ok and if it feels as though they are "drawing" your eyes - go back. I have a confession to make, I swim like a brick so I admire you for doing 40 lengths, I couldn't manage one lol. I hope mam manages to get her Carpal Tunnel operations, the Consultant wants me to have both my wrists done - and also operationx for the Osteo Arthritis in my hands - I said NO 🤣 x
A few things,we seem to be getting more blogs which is excellent, 40 lengths,I doubt I could do 1,the lavender £4.99 cheap I work at a garden centre normally £10.99 and they are waves not curles,or is that cause I'm a guy lol.
