She started her career when she auditioned in The Voice Ph, tho sadly she didn't won but after being discovered through that show, she became really popular.

While the Singer sings, in front of him/her are Video Men with their Cameras standing side by side and as the recording continues Minus-One is being played as its accompaniment. But if a particular song has no Minus-One available, they bring in Band that cramped up in that small space for the accompaniment. So you can imagine the situation in that very limited space as they are recording.
