Janni the most similar thing in Spain to lemon curd is called ‘natillas’ although is not so lemony but it is so good for cakes… you can buy them in powder or already made (next to the yoghurts). I hope this helps for the next time 😊
Lemon curd should be right next to jam and marmalade - thats where i always find it
Not in Spain, lemon curd you can only find it in gourmet stores or in English supermarkets stablished in the Costa del Sol like Iceland near Puerto Banus.
