Yup, its that time of year that the farmers haul anhydrous ammonia tanks from the corner store back to their farms. Very dangerous stuff, my guess is a farmer was hauling his tanks across the tracks when the gates came down. Either way they ended up whacking both gates, knocking the gate lights off the gate across the tracks and snapping the shear pins on the gate on my side of the tracks.

Great vid Trainman Kight. Thanks for posting. What kind of radio did you use to pick up the CN info? Also, I love when you post the captions on some of your vids about location and time. It gives us an idea of where and when. Thanks again.
Hey, TrainmanKight! I know that to get railroad radio you need a scanner. Do you think a RadioShack PRO-6## 200-channel scanner would do the trick? I have a RadioShack PRO-82, but I can't find the battery holder, so I'm gonna get a new scanner.
Not in anyway trying to be a jerk, just sharing an observation... Your content was fantastic. What I watched of it I really liked. My only complaint is it seems you don't run any muffler on your microphone and the wind noise, at least to me, killed it. I stopped watching it for that reason. Get rid of that wind noise and you'd have a 100% great video!!!
Nostalgia hits hard with this one 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The train in the thumb nail the lead engine is a retired BcRails unit! That was a good catch ive seen him in the BcRails paint!
Kept my son entertained for 53:42 minutes. Thank you.
...but the video is only 53:41....
PlanesTrainsAutos might want to check that again. Then again, why bother posing a comment for a mere second difference?
It could be a little bug. Sometimes, it says 53:42, and others, it says 53:41. Weird, huh? :|
