Great video, but what about the 2nd light? do you power/ground them together? Obviously, you want the pair of both lights to run off the same aux switch. thanks!
I realize this is a year later but the harness he showed is a y-harness. Looks like both lights plugged into it and then they built the plug to tie into the aux switches.
I have the Baja squadron sport wiring harness this looks different set up from my wiring. I I have a relay that’s connected to a black negative and read positive with views in line.
Does a LED bulb have to be oriented in the 3 and 9 oclock position in a projector headlight? They only seem to fit one way in my Chrysler 300 S. I installed Cougar Motors 9005 (HB3) bulbs. The pattern seems ok....Thanks!
They will need to be facing left and right inside that headlight housing, you will have to loosen the set screw on the bulb, and rotate the collar to allow for those LEDs to face 9 and 3! Let us know if you have any other questions, have a great day!
I work in autozone and every customer that wants better lights i recommend you guys you are the best of the best , i have a vw jetta 2007 mk5 i hope one day make lighst and fog lights and everiting thanks for everiting.
Hopefully one day we will make lights for that vehicle, in the meantime, we might be able to get you set up with some bulb replacements if you would like! Shoot us an email if that is something you would like to look into, and we will be happy to help! Sales@HeadlightRevolution.com
Made it twice as hard as it needed to be. Why bolt the light bracket down to then remove it again, why not connect the loom before you put the cowl back on?
If you can make it work like that, I would totally recommend that for you! In this installation, this is what we had to do to get it properly installed, but if you have a shortcut then by all means use it! Let us know if you have any other questions!
@@HeadlightRevolution If I'm wiring to the preinstalled aux switches, like this example, would I also want to use the additional fuse? Also which wire did you run the power to on the aux switch line? Can multiple lights (a pair of pillar lights and a light bar) be combined and wired to one of the aux switch lines, a special connector? Thanks!
That is a fantastic option for that vehicle, I would totally recommend that to you! I have linked those lights for you here: www.headlightrevolution.com/Baja-Designs-Squadron-Pro-LED-Light-Pods_2?quantity=1
Hello HR! There is a lot of talk about the 'BEVINSEE' branded LED h4 & h7 halogen bulb replacements. Can you settle the matter with a real test? Thx for all your helpful videos!

The serrated washer goes on the inside of the Baja design bracket. It butts against the light housing to keep it from moving.
Good catch!

Is that a special crimping tool you are using for those type of connectors? What is called?
+1
Do you need to include the fuse that comes with the baja designs harness?
You should!

Why would you install the bracket before reinstalling the cowl panels? seems like a lot of extra steps for no reason.
