*Recipe for “Bomb Goreng” noodles* 1. indomie mi goring - ( I like bbq chicken flavor) 2. 2 eggs 3. Chinese Sausage - kam yen jan ( 1-2 sausage, sliced angled) Step:1 - Heat up water if you don’t have a water boiler and cook the noodles (make sure you undercook them) drain them later and keep to the side to throw in after the eggs and sausage are cooked. Step: 2- cook the Sausage. Cook the first egg scrambled, and the 2nd egg over-med. Step 3. Take the undercook noodles and throw them in the same pan with the sausage and scrambled eggs. Stir powder, add a little bit of water. Stir. Turn off heat. Plate the noodles then throw the 2nd over med egg on top. Options: baby bok choy, Mushrooms.
