- St. Elizabeth of the Trinity (1880-1906) is a mystic for our times with a profound spirituality rooted in the indwelling of the Trinity. In this episode of CarmelCast, we discuss how she was influenced by the witness and teaching of St. Thérèse of Lisieux and how their spiritualities are similar, yet each unique.

Thank you for sharing your zeal for the Communion of Saints! God is such a loving Father in His merciful gifts to us. "On earth as it is in heaven!" All glories to God, Amen.
Thank you Father for clarifying what's going with God speaking to my soul with the Saints and it started with Therese over 3 yrs ago. Mystical. ♥️
Amen
Were the favorable comments you made about the Joanne Mosley book(s) on Saint Elizabeth only about volume 2? Volume 1 does not appear to be available (at least not through ICS). Thank you for an excellent and interesting discussion.
No, I would definitely start with volume 1. We are sold out at the moment, but you can find the Kindle version while we wait to get it back in stock. God bless you, Ronald!
It’s so amazing that St Elizabeth had a more interior, contemplative way of life mission yet she lived more of an exterior life(travel, dancing) before Carmel -what a beautiful point 😇🙏🏻 thank you Frs!
Interesting comment.
Amen
My call to Carmel is becoming stronger week upon week. Thank you for all the work you do.

Thank you both for this podcast and sharing your understanding of both of these Carmelite saints. I find that each Carmelite saint shines forth a different facet of the diamond that is Carmel. We have such a rich spirituality, thanks be to God!
