This "expeditious" process is an unfair process (in my opinion). Why is this "expeditious process" not used in our courts of law? We have our ex president (and other politicians), who are using every legal process, to avoid appearing in court...... and yet, if you are "bad mouthed" by a group of people, you can appear before a disciplinary hearing and dismissed, without having the right to question the "witnesses". This reporter is very bias but one thing she needs to get right is that the disclosure and the docket are two different things. Tefo wants the disclosures not the docket. Surely, one needs to educate or do some research before getting out there a report. You are free to be bias but get your records straight sis.

Its disgrace to those who are quick to judge Advocate M Teffo, honestly why LPC- legal practice council didn't call him to account them prior being dragged to High Court without any hearing being offered with LPC. High court is equally biased, should have referred to legal body which he answerable to them first before court.
Teffo just Relax ,what is happening to you,us the same like Robert Sylvester Kelly .They Judge a book by its cover.Before opening it Inside .

As an officer of Court, the High Court can be seen as a disciplinary hearing. Perhaps he should read case law on this
In Disciplinary hearing, do you or do you not all witnesses and give opportunity to the accused to cross examine the witnesses and scrutinise the evidence presented.
@@sihletngcobo you do have a chance to state you case. Now, if you had a glance of the notice of motion in this case, you’d see that the Respondent would have been afforded that opportunity by means of an answering affidavit. An application like this is never brought om ex parte basis
Then disciplinary procedures must be followed. It can't be done abruptly and unjust. That's abuse of power.

This "expeditious" process is an unfair process (in my opinion). Why is this "expeditious process" not used in our courts of law? We have our ex president (and other politicians), who are using every legal process, to avoid appearing in court...... and yet, if you are "bad mouthed" by a group of people, you can appear before a disciplinary hearing and dismissed, without having the right to question the "witnesses". Do away with the "Expeditious Process".

Why all this ,this country must tell this Advocate what he really committed . Sending him hear and there it does'nt help. What is the Warrant of arrest (.Advocate Becareful with your tounge Sometimes ) Just let the tounge not to just slip freely.Slow down even if you are intelligent , wait and hear from them.
