All I kept thinking was…I hope he remembers how to put it back together, lol. Cali is so funny, just wants to be close and be right in the middle of things. Warms my heart. Please keep us posted on how things are going with all the rain.
I’m so glad you labeled your nuts and bolts and other pieces. I was worried… It’s fun helping you fix the tractor. I’m better in the kitchen or on the computer than in the mechanic’s shop. But it is fun to watch and learn from you. Loved that “nosy Callie” shot when you were opening the air cleaner.
Absolutely another fabulous beautiful uploading.. loved your countryside lifestyle documentary, gorgeous editing filming editing, keep it up, have a wonderful blessing weekend to you and your lovely beautiful family.. Merci
Glad you are applying labels! I’ve been watching another farmer restore a Farmall tractor and…drum roll….I now recognize many of the parts you took off.
Great video Tyler. Glad the rains will be subsiding for you folks. Keep up the great work you do for your family and for the cattle. Till next time.....
Tyler your Grandpa would be so proud of you. Your takin good care of the farm and the equipment. Thanks for sharing!! God Bless you and your Family ❤️🙏🏼
I loved this video. Good combination of barn update, tractor investigation and rain water management on top of daily duties. I will be praying for the rain water to act the way you need it too. Thank you for including me in your day. I look forward to your videos very much.
I can’t wait till you put it back together . Great tractors for doing the chores around the farm . Oh and I don’t think we need to pray for rain for awhile! LOL
I love your content. I watch you all the time. Your so full of wisdom. I was able to name off a lot of those parts as you were breaking down Jubilee, actually shocked myself because I am by NO means a mechanic. I grew up on a farm though.
Those LED lights will provide more light at a lesser cost than those fluorescent lights. We did that in our maintenance shed and they definitely paid for themselves. Great start on the rebuild. Always good to start seeing what needs to be replaced/repaired.👍👍
Let there be bright light in the shop…..just in time to ‘view” the naked 8N🤣. Loved the shot of Cali’s head under your arm while removing the air filter…such great companionship. I need to tell you once again that I love your guitar playing in the background..you my dear, are one talented, creative man. I nominate you for Man of the Year!!! Thank you , and Mrs. FTR for sharing your lives and ranch with us.
Shop lights made a huge improvement. Nothing better than starting off the new year by bringing an old jewel back to life on a cold wet day. Looking forward to the seeing it fire up and help out on the farm! Enjoyed the video.
What Mark said! Enjoyed this video. Brought back memories of how I used to watch my Dad when he took apart his old car engines and rebuilt them! He was a crack mechanic till the alcohol demon got him.
Well I was going to say I'd need to mark where everything needed to go back to, but you covered that at the end of video. As to replacing the (govenor) I think many need to do that.😉 So glad it was a fairly uneventful tear apart. Looking forward to next video.
I'm very glad your barn did not get flooded. You work hard and it pays off. Good luck with the tractor. Mechanic work is way out of my wheelhouse but it looks like 👍you know what you're doing there. Let there be light! 😊
Good Afternoon, Tyler! The Lights! And Jubilee! You’re so Thoughtful! Wow! Let there be Light! It was Water! Wow! Your Educated Guess was correct! This is a lot simpler engine then now days! It’s fun to see you tearing apart the Julilee! It’s an Educational Video! Have a Great Day! I’ve enjoyed this video! Thank-you! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It’s fun getting to watch you tear down the tractor and begin the rebuild. My husband rebuilt the engine in an old 1972 Chevy Cheyenne, so I know it’s a bunch of hard work, but it’s enjoyable to watch. Callie girl was super cute when she was trying to “help” you in the beginning! 😂 And I’m so sorry to hear that you’re still getting more rain!! Hang in there! Always love your videos!
Your videos just keep getting better and better all the time. I'm so impressed by how diverse your knowledge and abilities are. I wish I had as much in my brain as you do when I was farming!! :) 👍👍👍
Oil bathe air filters can be changed out to modern filters. She was sucking water! The other tractor might have a good design you can copy. Oil bathe systems really don't work as well anyway. Plus it would be a cool video! Sorry our rain keeps peltering us but we sure need it!
11:33 - 13:35 was an excellent view of tractor deconstruction. I commented on your goals video that you should keep doing what you enjoy and focus on video quality. This sequence clinched it for me and you have a new patron. I hope you stay "dry enough" through the rest of this weather event.
Man I had a 1954 naa that at the time I was way in over my head to fix. Videos like these make me feel more confident I could tackle these older tractors. Thanks for the great videos!
So very, very happy to see you guys are not under water and surviving the "atmospheric rivers". Up here in Redding it has been great to see Shasta Lake raising like it has so far. By the way, love the new hat. Thanks, Tyler, for the great video and can't wait to see the tractor in service.
Nice video as always. Lights make a world of difference when working in a shop, I have found. Lighted room vs dark room really makes a differece in seeing but it motivates you more when a room is lit up well. Nice FTR hat!!!! Smart idea with the post it notes labeling where is set of bolts and nuts are from!! Thanks as always!
Seeing the outreach from your TH-cam channel is GREAT!! You have loyal supporters fore sure. The new LED lights really upgrade your shop and makes project work do able!! The jubilee work will be a good video series and really help with the ranch too!! Glad the water from the rice paddies receded!! Good post FTR!!
That was so satisfying watching you take apart an engine!! No automotive experience so, for at least a Jubilee, I can put name to part. I also was wondering your organizing technique of all those parts and bolts and such. That would be pretty much my technique - post-its! I love your shop videos and this one is a huge project with a fantastic payoff - a productive vintage memorable Jubilee! I was just a little worried with no Thursday posting so glad to see - and not unexpected - that you guys are doing fine. If I'd thought about sending you a Christmas card, I would have done it! We ARE such nice supporters! Thanks Tyler for sharing your knowledge and you!
Awesome progress on the engine work Tyler! I thought you were going to be like some of these other TH-camrs and stretch the disassembly out three series. 👍👍🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🤘🏻🤘🏻
Thanks for sharing another great video of different experience and everyone have a bless weekend see you all next time on Farmer Tyler Ranch😃😃 Hugs And Prayers Everybody😍😍it's great you receiving cards and Christmas gifts🎁
Don't know how much you want to upgrade, but electronic ignition is really great. I have a 1950 IH Farmall Super A and a 1950 Ford 8N with PerTronix electronic ignition, and it's great.
I love the LED lights I installed them in my garage. It's like high noon when I turn them on. I also have a extra one. I use while working under vehicles, it makes the job much easier when you can see what your working on.. They don't get hot so no more burning my self on hot drop cord trouble lights.
enjoy watching you work on that ol tractor. I've got one just like it that i still use in the garden but it's nowhere near that good of shape. I'll be glad to see that jubilee runnin again.
I just watched this again and I have a question/suggestion if you already aren't planning on it: after this rainy period ends, could you talk about/show us the other animal pens like pigs (if you still have any) and chickens? Speaking of chickens, are you still hatching eggs? If so, maybe an update on that. Cows are still the name of the game but nice to know about your other animals. Thanks a bunch.
Now you can see very well., Tyler you didn’t go get those Christmas Cards., Cali wanted a little TLC. Hope you find the problem 1-14-2023👍🏽👍🏽. Tyler you are always so Calm
Thank you for another good show. I really enjoy the guitar music, are you playing this music? Is there a way for me to find this music? Please and thank you 😊
All I kept thinking was…I hope he remembers how to put it back together, lol. Cali is so funny, just wants to be close and be right in the middle of things. Warms my heart.
Please keep us posted on how things are going with all the rain.
The alternator looks brand new and it’s weird seeing Tyler without a hat 😉😛
Nothing so cute as watching a man making a video with a loving cold little nose poked between his arms! Kali is so sweet and devoted to you!
Callie being nosy there was adorable
I’m so glad you labeled your nuts and bolts and other pieces. I was worried…
It’s fun helping you fix the tractor. I’m better in the kitchen or on the computer than in the mechanic’s shop. But it is fun to watch and learn from you.

The tractor said, don't treat me like a redheaded step child and leave me outside or I will show you and not work for you. Lol
Glad you are applying labels! I’ve been watching another farmer restore a Farmall tractor and…drum roll….I now recognize many of the parts you took off.
Good Morning Tyler. Glad you are not flooded out. Hope the water goes down soon.
Great video Tyler. Glad the rains will be subsiding for you folks. Keep up the great work you do for your family and for the cattle. Till next time.....
You make my Saturday morning. I sit down to FTR and a cup of coffee and get to relax. Thanx
Brings back memories - you are a farmer, rancher ,mechanic and much more - keep a going,
I've been watching your weather. Hoping that your ranch isn't badly affected. Glad everything is as good as it can be.
... I like the labeling and grouping of fasteners/parts.... I use ziplock bags as items tend to scatter....
So glad Cali is helping you. One thing when you have a dog you are never alone. You will enjoy the new lights for years to come. Great improvement.
I just got a black Labrador and you're absolutely right with a dog you're never alone.
Man, now I know why you made it a shop day. Sounded like it was biblical rain out there. 😁
Tyler your Grandpa would be so proud of you. Your takin good care of the farm and the equipment. Thanks for sharing!! God Bless you and your Family ❤️🙏🏼
First time I can recall seeing Farmer Tyler without a hat! Glad to see the place is holding up ok in these storms.
I loved this video. Good combination of barn update, tractor investigation and rain water management on top of daily duties. I will be praying for the rain water to act the way you need it too. Thank you for including me in your day. I look forward to your videos very much.
Great start Tyler thanks for sharing
Another good idea would be to use Zip Lock bags for bolts and nuts
I can’t wait till you put it back together . Great tractors for doing the chores around the farm . Oh and I don’t think we need to pray for rain for awhile! LOL
Great Shop's Light upgrade 👍🏻
I think you should do the same on the other side of the shop.
I love your content. I watch you all the time. Your so full of wisdom. I was able to name off a lot of those parts as you were breaking down Jubilee, actually shocked myself because I am by NO means a mechanic. I grew up on a farm though.

Those new shop lights make such a huge difference. Good to see the start of the rebuild of the old Jubilee.
You will get it running. Thanks for keeping us posted.

Well said!

Great job as Always Tyler. U r just Awesome. It will come together in No Time. Thank u so much for sharing!
Amazingly how you take it apart, piece after piece not making notes and for some reason I know you will put it all back together 😊
This storm is hitting us pretty hard at the moment and it's coming your way! I'm in the Napa Valley.
Good Afternoon, Tyler! The Lights! And Jubilee! You’re so Thoughtful! Wow! Let there be Light! It was Water! Wow! Your Educated Guess was correct! This is a lot simpler engine then now days! Put the same light in my wife's sewing building , they are so bright she has some turned off. It's been 3 years and no complaints
I'm glad we have pretty much the same tractor. I enjoy watching you work on your Ford because it really helps me out! Keep it up buddy 👍🚜
It’s fun getting to watch you tear down the tractor and begin the rebuild. A well lit workshop warms a man’s soul!
I appreciate the glimpse of organization at the end.

Good job on the lightening! Now you can enjoy working in your tractor. You’re a hard worker and never waste daylight! Great vid FT!
Ziplock sandwich/lunch bags works awesome for machine bolts , takes a little extra time but if it’s going to be a while, nothing beats it 👍👍
Lol cold, it's -16c 3f here today... the joys of being Canadian.

Wow taking apart that tractor was awesome-unfortunately I didn’t understand any of it but it was neat to watch!!! Stay safe with all that rain!!!!!
The shop light upgrade is good very nice in there and you can see a lot luck with the Ford
Man I had a 1954 naa that at the time I was way in over my head to fix. Videos like these make me feel more confident I could tackle these older tractors. Thanks for the great videos!

The new shop lights are great! I hope your weather improves soon ,.It is quite different then last year.❤❤👍
Nice work on the old Ford, missing the “door” shots like mr Pete lol. Have a dryish day
Looking forward to the "Old Jubilee" tractor overhaul, my friend !!
Awesome Tyler! You and Pete from Just a few acres should meet up sometime! Lots in common! Good stuff sir
Nice video as always. Lights make a world of difference when working in a shop, I have found. Lighted room vs dark room really makes a differece in seeing but it motivates you more when a room is lit up well.
Nice FTR hat!!!!

Tremendous opportunity to revise a great tractor. Eaglegards...
Nice new shop lighting.👍🏼
WOW !! What an improvement in the lighting !! You might have to wear your 🕶️ sunglasses when working in your shop !!😅
Thanks. You r really good at re build of these type of tractors
Love this !! Please keep doin what you're doin, and good luck with your goals for 2023 😊😊
can't wait to see the tractor repaired
Thanks brother…peace…
Cali sure wanted a kiss!!!!
I still think you should put NOx and twin turbo's on the old tractor. Make grand dad proud.
Should get in touch with Evan from “Country View Acres”; he is an electrician.
Id hold onto those flouresant lights,Tyler. Those can be converted to led. They have conversion kits for those.
Cally sure loves her papa.
hello from the Netherlands .
thanks for the video Tyler .
Sincerely Hollandduck

With the led lights you will save a lot on the power bill!! :)
Jeez, I wish I had 10% of the mechanical aptitude you do.
Great video once again. I was wondering if maybe you could talk more about the GPS that you used for your trit?
New Hat Day!!
I wish u send some of that rain here in Oklahoma
Now you can see very well., Tyler you didn’t go get those Christmas Cards., Cali wanted a little TLC. Hope you find the problem 1-14-2023👍🏽👍🏽. Tyler you are always so Calm
Only other thing I would do is paint the walls and ceiling White 😅. JK. As always good luck and God Bless.
I over hauled my IH 560 years ago, save yourself some grief and send the water pump out for a rebuild or see if you can get a reman.
Close to 100K!!! Keep it up, bud.
Screw in plug ins dude. I use them all the time. Work great.
Thank you for another good show. I really enjoy the guitar music, are you playing this music? Is there a way for me to find this music? Please and thank you 😊
Do you replace the head bolts when you put it back together?
Where does the drained water go to? Moved to (flood) another location?
Drainage ditches, rivers, reservoirs, lakes and to ocean, same place all waters go. It was dry out there- hopefully subsoil will hold some of it.
