I miss school. It has been 17 years since I last been there. It is crazy, I loved school and yet, it didn't love me. I was bullied by the students and teachers, the place was a boring rough place with constant homework and rushing about and yet, for some reason, I miss the place. It is always odd. The first week back is always the worst, it is manic, it takes ages to settle down again. But do I remember my first day? A little. Almost get run over by a car because I wasn't looking, getting lost, running into an angry teacher, getting locked inside a cupboard and then making a musical note in the assembly hall and then to top it all off, I had to do lap of honour around the school for not having my P.E outfit. Didn't expect the lesson to start on that same day...other classes didn't. I did miss dodgeball. First Days are always crazy.
