    The follow your passion trend is an impractical philosophy. It looks good on paper or motivational memes on social media.
    The reality is that all people have passions, yet not all passions are viable business opportunities. Some people, if not most, will only have "employee" as their highest achievement. Not everyone has the capacity to be an entrepreneur or be their own boss. I dare say that nobody can say they are their own boss and do not account to anyone, living life on their own terms. This is why I do not listen to these so called life coaches and motivational speakers. There are mental health specialists for that.
    Another problem is this rags to riches craze people are being bombarded with at these cult like seminars and gala dinners. That is misdirection, because it's only a select few that will achieve that, and the rest have to fall into the normal fold of doing the best your can to sustain your livelihood, attain sustainable growth and find general life satisfaction with whatever little you have wherever you are.
