No hate but to build your endurance on the bike there’s a bit more than just riding a bunch. You gotta balance it with gym work and riding. You have to eat healthy as well and really get some sleep. I’m currently racing and working my way up to pros and doing all of this is essential. Even though you’re not a serious racer if you’re gonna ride a lot you must must must do that. It won’t just improve your riding but you’ll feel better after riding. 🤘🏾👍🏾

Hey i was meaning to comment on your food plan. Its a investment but something to do is get a watch that tracks calories and try to double the amount or even triple the amount of calories. And balance it with greens, protein and carbs and sleep. sleep is very important for recovery for the body to heal
