For whoever is still asking how i did this, it's simple. In recent version builds of My Summer Car, the handbrake keybind for the satsuma (not the actual handbrake) makes the rear wheels start flicking insanely back and forth instead of just locking the wheels, meaning that if you spam it with real quick intervals, you can make the wheels go forward fast. Long story short (TL:TR): Handbrake keybind (keyboard, not the actual handbrake stick) is glitched in my summer car, spam it and the car goes vrrrr, or rather (.....).
I found out the tractor has infinite gas. You make the Kekmet run out of gas and DO NOT shut it off, and hold throttle, then when it is out it will keep running as if you had a full tank of gas. What a cool "feature!"
The good thing is that you can drive it without the car producing any heat, well that means you can go 200km/h without the car catching on fire and the pistons exploding

When you are driving and hit spacebar, the handbrake button, the back tires of the satsuma will engage and begin spinning really fast. I assume so that doing burnouts is much easier, but it's a little weird because the satsuma is front wheel drive 💀
if you were holding in the clutch and the gas pedal than that kinda is realistic because if you are riding the clutch it will move your car but in My Summer Car they need to fix riding the clutch thats the whole reason you were probably moving.

somehow I was driving mine for a couple weeks without a wire going to the ignition coil. I noticed it when I installed subwoofers.
I have a tip for people that need to replace the ignition coil without having to wire it again. You simply replace it with the engine still running.
