One of the best tract builds I have seen in Jamaica. The design is fine with good finishes, but would be much better with three bedrooms and a larger living /dining area.

Hi, yes you can. To be a 4 bedroom you will need at least a 1/4 acre to build and have yard space.

No, not that I know of.

At the time I recorded the video there were units available and they were going for 27.5 million.

It doesn't matter how beautiful your development will be. Building houses close to the shore line is a danger that I'll never be avoidable. The sea shall over run it shoreline and many lives will be lost. It is important to respect nature and to avoid its castostrapic danger. However, I have seen the many houses and developments in Jamaica, you are trying to to attract us to come home and when we come home, you all slaughter us overnight. Let the thugs and the criminals buy.
