hey katie i loveee matcha and im so happy you love it too!! ive seen a lot of ways to make it but the best way for me personally is putting a spoonful of matcha into the mixing glass and then adding the hot water over the powder and then whisk it. then i’ll add that over a cup with ice and milk in it and maybe even a little flavored creamer 🥰🥰hope that helps !!
I used to work at two different coffee shops, at coffee shops it’s mixed directly into the milk at some places if you would like to try that, since your using the milk frother the water doesn’t need to be too hot, it could just be microwaved or hot tap water instead of the keurig especially because you’re making it iced so it doesn’t dilute so much, and if you want to put cold foam on it the recipe is: 1/2 milk, 1/2 heavy cream and whatever flavor you’d like (vanilla, chocolate maybe, caramel) and us the milk frother in that. Just some ideas, i’ve been on a matcha kick recently too
i had another thought, i’ve never tried the matcha you have i’ve only ever had plain but i would mix it with banana almond milk and or honey if you’re looking to try new things
