If you search it up, it actually says that because of high traffic, views might be frozen temporarily so TH-cam can check whether the views are from real accounts or bots/spammers. In contrast, spamming in the comments/using excessive emojis/posting a lot in one go, might make TH-cam temporarily freeze the view count to check. So emojis are ok!
