Hi Lily... We too are having extreme temperatures here in Italy... Over 40 every day for 2 months... We are truly baked, and my oven has failed me, so I have had to stop also.... So so hot... Sending you love and support... Are you still going to Italy?
You could read a 70-page list of scientific instruments with their prices, and it would be enjoyable. I’m so looking forward to your videos in 5 years to see your progress and success. It looks like your operation is well beyond the "MICRO BAKERY" stage. I think a better description would be a MINI BAKERY. Your operation appears to produce several hundred baked products a day.
