Honnestly it sounds not helpful and all. But actually get help because internet can often only make possitive comments. But not actually solve your problems. Just take the first step by talking to the person your moste comfortable to talk to and take it therefrom. It will just get easyer when you have taken the first step. Also I have no idea how much time you have felt like this but sometimes giving it time helps allot and trying to get good sleep. Hope your getting alright soon. (And please don't wooosh me) ;( just trying to be as helpful I can even if it sounds unhelpful it's kind of the truth. If you doesn't search for help you will just go in an downward spiral of your bad thoughs.
