Congrats on doing thehard workand turning the corner on your injury Hannah! We all get jitters pre any bike event we are leading. Look forward to the video of it after the success that I'm sure you will have. I am thinking that I will have to scale back from my 3 person Nemo Losi and get something smaller to catch up to you!

Glad you are on the mend . Your last video looked like you had hit a wall due to the injury. I can relate to that . Injuries are so frustrating especially when you can't seem to find a way to get over them. I used to love running but after 2 knee operation s decided to stick with cycling and gave up running. I did miss the running to start with but 5 years on I can honestly say cycling has served me better than running ever did. What do runners talk about the most . Injuries. 😂

Hi Hannah, what do you think about cycling on cycling path vs. road? I am located in sydney. I feel so unsafe riding on the road. At the moment, I just drive to cycling path to ride

I cycle on roads in the UK but i use paths and pedestrian crossimgs at traffic lights and roundabouts as i feel lots traffic turning is the biggest risk of being knocked off the bike
