Never use heavenly 1's, always save for hp2. Arcane is probably the best thing you'll get from using a hp1

No heavenly 1's aren't better you dummy, it's literally proven to be the quite worst potion you can use, and unless you have EXTREME RNG and the game loves you thats whats gonna happen
