Saw them at the SECC in Glasgow in May 1989 and they were amazing. Theirs was only the 2nd concert I’d been to. They were touring their When the World Knows Your Name album, from which Real Gone Kid was their first release. Naturally, it got a great reception. The biggest song of that night though, was Dignity. Definitely a fan favourite and when those opening chords are played, it’s goosebumps time ❤
Just seen them live in Cape Town Feb 22nd 2024 and they sounded just like this, absolutely awesome and a great night in Kirstenbosh Gardens.
