    Hi Mayra, I’m addicted to ALL your recipes 💞 you’ve made eating healthy a breeze 🤩 I wanted to give you a tip about using your parchment paper… instead of using the expensive oil spray, take your parchment and get completely wet, scrunch it up and wring out all the water, then you can easily place and mold your parchment paper to fit any dish. If you’re uncomfortable with any remaining water just dap it dry with a paper towel 🤩👍

    She uses twice the amount of chocolate chips (1 1/2 cups) to almond butter (3/4 cup). So in theory, you could make it in any quantity you want by blending any amount of nut butter with twice the amount of chocolate (2:1). Couldn’t be simpler! Now to see if it actually works…

    Made this today added a dash of vanilla and pink salt then topped with chopped pecans it turned out wonderful as good and any chocolate fudge you've ever had! Thanks for the recipe.

    I crunch the parchment paper and roll it into a ball. So much easier to put it in a fitted dish.

    You can actually warm the almond butter in the microwave at the same time as the chocolate. It will look just like the chocolate in pourable consistency. Much easier to mix. Pour, mix, set, cut, done.

    I use a stick a butter and a package of the chocolate chip and maybe some walnuts to taste more like real fudge 😋 But I love it with nut butters too 🤤

      @@victorianprincess955 my recipe. 1 package Lilly chocolate chips and 1 stick of butter melted together . Put in parchment lined 8x8 pan and chill for 1 hour.

    My Grandaughter who is 15, just made me the brownies. We are going to the grocery store and get what we need for the fudge. Very good. To a diabetic this is like heaven.

      Same i only had 85% green and blacks. But added a pinch of sweetener... Made a tiny portion, waiting half hour or so to see how it sets.

    Grab a big handful of your parchment paper and wad it up into a ball and then uncrinkle it. It'll make it a smidge easier to use.

    If you take it a step further and add some oil to the mixture like sun flower oil or palm oil or coconut oil, you can make your own Nutella spread.
    Try it. As the old cigarette ad used to say, "You'll be so glad you did".

    Thank you so much for sharing a dairy free version. I react to peanuts the most so I have to use a peanut-free chocolate and I also have issues with milk so most fudge is out. I usually just occasionally have a few Enjoy Life chips with nuts or eat what you made with a spoon, but I never thought to harden it into candies or FUDGE. Thank you, thank you!

    Alright been thinking of a way to do fudge without condensed milk. Google said powdered sugar but i wanted to lessen the sweetness
    So i tried powedered milk. The powdered milk taste was too strong

    Would SunButter work instead of Almond butter? Nut allergy in the home.
