For years I've FAILED trying to heal myself from some traumas (I don't trust therapists or doctors, etc. for genuine/ valid reasons); And when I read this today it was like God was directly reminding me, I will NEVER heal/recover (S/s of PTSD big time that I try hard to hide)...UNTIL I hand it ALL over to Him/GOD 100%. I'll try harder today, to "let it go" + trust more -Thanks for reminding me/us- Both the band+ lyrics. I listen to this song often + it's very much appreciated. Trust very hard for people like me who have been internally damaged. Love God, used to trust him (40+ years), and now I'm just lost (10+ years)- U know=long story, trying to exist unshattered on this evil earth.
