Rhea Ripley Returns: Rhea calls out Liv Morgan, who injured her and is making moves on Dominik. Dominik tries to apologize, but Rhea challenges Liv to a match at SummerSlam for the Women's World Championship, which Liv accepts. A tier.
Backstage Drama: Rhea is still angry at Dominik. Jey Uso tries to make moves on Rhea, hyped up by Damien, setting up their match for later.
Sheamus Debuts New Theme: Sheamus takes on Bronson Reed. Sheamus wins with a knee strike after Reed's moonsault attempt. Post-match, Pete Dunne blindsides Sheamus. B tier.
Zelina Vega vs. Sonya Deville: Zelina loses in a minute due to Shayna Baszler's interference. Shayna, Stark, and Deville jump Zelina, but Katana, Carter, and Lyra save her. C tier.
Chad Gable Confronts Adam Pierce: Gable wants to know why Bo Dallas was in Pierce's office. Pierce tells Gable to talk to Bo himself. Gable decides to call out Bo later, despite being scared.
Damien Priest Calls Out Gunther: Intense promo exchange. Gunther mocks Priest's upbringing and challenges him. Priest fights back, setting up their SummerSlam match. S tier. Priest then beats Braun Strowman in a non-title match. B tier.
Katana Chance & Kayden Carter vs. Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark: Great match with Katana pulling off impressive moves. Shayna and Stark win with their finisher. A tier.
Drew McIntyre's Match Announcement: Drew refuses to apologize for hurting refs, getting re-suspended. Seth Rollins has to deal with him. Disappointing cycle for Drew.
Dominik vs. Jey Uso: Dominik tries to keep Jey away from Rhea. Liv Morgan causes distractions, leading to Dominik losing focus. Jey wins with a spear. Dominik and Rhea make up after. A tier.
Chad Gable Calls Out Bo Dallas: Gable gets attacked by the Creed Brothers but spookily laughs through it. Wyatt 6 arrives, scaring away Gable and the Creeds. Sigma Academy finally appears but gets overshadowed. A tier.
Main Event: Sami Zayn vs. Ilja Dragunov: For the Intercontinental Championship. Match cut short by Bron Breaker's interference. A potential triple threat at SummerSlam? B tier.
