The ktinys were saying that they had a previous favourite idol too, and that San wasn't their first and were asking him to be jealous of that. Now that's kind of weird, even as a joke if you ask me, but all right. Let's hope San also took it as a joke and wasn't uncomfortable by those comments.
@@Reddy6368 how is that weird? it's just a bit of good natured teasing where both parties acknowledge the kpop stereotype of reciprocal fanservice where fans are 'supposed' to be committed and loyal to their favourite idols. you must find hongjoong extremely bizzare then, given how often he talks about 'not looking at other idols' and 'only looking at ateez'. the entire joke is that san isn't being as jealous as other idols would, and also that atinys in this context are fake jealous but he isn't, thus allowing him to presume the moral high ground. also this k-tiny generalisation has got to stop because it's getting racist the way fans assume only korean kpop fans make these sort of 'delusional' jokes - there are plenty of international fans who 100% feed into these fantasies and painting an entire race with the same brush isn't a good look. san has a very lighthearted joking relationship with korean atinys that is made possible because of the lack of the language barrier and international atinys are always misunderstanding and misconstruing korean atinys' intentions where there's no need for that to happen.

And I think I know friendly teasing when I see one. It's just that this particular situation seemed a bit bizarre to me that people can be jealous over someone liking a person when they're like 5.
