You've done a beautiful paint job on this one George, love the colour, much better than the original colour of the model! I like the roof beacon and the new gun, very nice details!
I started watching your video sitting in my van at 5 o'clock this morning in the car park at work, thinking ah, New channel, then as soon as I saw your hands and heard your voice I realized who you were lol !
Great video as always, hope you get lots more subscribers now, take care, all the best, Nick.

I had this car as a hand-me-down from my cousin. I couldn't figure out what that wheel was supposed to do either, and I guessed that it used to do something, but my cousin had broken it.
I remember my grandad and my uncle puzzling over it, trying to work out what it used to do.
My mom used to work in a shop called The Midland Educational in Birmingham, and we popped in one day to see her friends who worked there.
While we were there, I spotted a brand new one of these cars on the shelf, so I asked my mom to look at it and find out what the wheel was supposed to do.
Her friend who worked there took it out of the box for me so we could see what it did, and I remember being pretty disappointed to discover that, like mine, it just made a clicking sound.
I think it said something on the box about having a gunshot sound, so that cleared up the mystery.
A bit of a dubious feature if you ask me...

I am and have been a huge fan of die-cast cars since I was a kid in the 70's. Especially the cars from the Television shows I grew up watching. One of my all-time favorites is the Starskey and Hutch Torino. The A-Team van, the Smokey and the Bandit Trans-Am, or any number of other cars that have been made in the 70's and ones that Greenlight has recently made with their Hollywood series. As well as the Johnny ⚡Lightning's⚡models and the🔥Hot🔥Wheels🔥 Retro Entertainment series. I've been a HUGE fan of them all, and have been extremely lucky enough to have been able to find some really cool models. I mainly collect ¹/⁶⁴ scale, however I've recently found the Jada Toys Hollywood Rides are also extremely well done as well. Not ¹/⁶⁴ scale but ¹/⁵⁵ scale. However I really like them as well, PLUS if and when I decide to detail the interior design and the dashboards of those cars, I see some definite options and possibilities for them. Especially the Smokey and the Bandit Trans-Am and a couple of the Fast & the Furious cars too. So getting a chance to see some customs done on models bigger than the normal ¹/⁶⁴ scale is extremely helpful. Thank you for you hard work and dedication. I really do appreciate it. Take care, and God Bless.

The marker set you used gave the bumper a good weathered type look. Not the shiny brand new chrome look, but more of a realistic looking bumper. Very nice. Did you say what kind of markers you used? I've been considering buying some new markers for interior detailing. There are some markers that are used with the Gundam model kits that I've heard are extremely good for detailing and fine quality work. Different sizes of marker tips or brushes, and a decent variety of colors. Have you used those types of paint/marker types? Just curious because I really wish I had some of a clue as which are the better brands to use? Thank you and you definitely got a subscriber here!

hi buddy. i haven't really used the colour marker paint pens myself i was curious but decided to leave them as i enjoy mixing my own colours when needed to give a better look, although they do look good, i found that when detailing the likes of turn signals/indicator lights you can use correction fluid pens as a base coat then use colour sharpie pens to get the effect you want its a much cheaper option i find, thanks for the subscribe buddy i appreciate that a lot, here's a link for the chrome pens amzn.eu/d/0PgsoDy

Nice work mate, with the chrome pen,tap it on top of an old paint jar till you make a puddle then use a paint brush, much easier when doing large areas ie bumpers
