Very Easy, Juicy and Fluffy Lemon Sponge Cake

250 g of sugar
4 l eggs
a little bit of salt
150 ml of milk
300 ml of soft oil
1 lemon zest
370 g wheat flour
14 g chemical yeast

50 g wheat flour
50 g butter
50 g icing sugar
30 g ground almonds
