The Gmail no longer accept less secure apps so my email doesn't work anymore. What other domain is a good to use? And how to setup??

Looking for one right now. Microsoft has also largely blocked all of this. Mailgun or Mandrill (mailchimp) are good but they 'give you' passwords that are 32 or 64 characters long and that's too long to punch into a copier.... no solution yet...

FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!! The key is to set up 2-factor authentication on the Gmail account. Then set up an App Password and use the App Password to send. Worked RIGHT AWAY!!!!

the smtp client section when I add my login name and password keeps changing back to 6 characters and gmail requires 8 character password. So everytime i put in my password and save it it changes back and I cant scan to email. Please help.

It is just a mask. To prevent people from guessing the number of character your password really has

Thanks for the video. Why at "2:39" the mail adress is [e-mail].
At "0:57" your google account is [e-mail], and same for SMTP Client in "4:22".
At "5:49" for adress book the mails are different.
