The use of the audio is for 3 fair usage purposes which are included in the Video which is made by myself:
1. Language Education (EDUCATION)
2. Multi-Language Text Commentary (TEXT TRANSLATION COMMENTARY)
3. Deaf Aid (DISABILITY AID TOOL)
Commentary does not need to be verbal or audio in this case it is appropriate to be text commentary as it serves as for a multi-purpose.
With regards to the educational and commentary value of this video, a few factors further apply.
Yes, numerous sites have translations of songs however translation in normal text form does not cover all the aspects of lyric appreciation whether you are hard of hearing or have hearing.
With synced lyrics you can line by line identify the words and how they are used to form the sentences.
For the hard of hearing this is now done to the beat of the music in conjunction with the original lyrics.
This is for language understanding purposes. Furthermore, normal text does not assist a hard of hearing person to know where to sing the words only lyrics that are synced can do that therefore this also helps those that are hard of hearing with being able to learn a song.
The other aspect is that for the most part hard of hearing people are denied the opportunity to be able to understand especially a song in a different language inclusive of where the words fit in with the beats.
Another aspect of education is one relating to child protection for both parents and those who are DJ's and play music at children's functions etc. A song may sound wonderful but is it appropriate to play at a children's party? Knowing the lyrics in a language you understand can prevent a DJ or parent from playing the wrong songs at a function.
There are several other reasons why this video is of true educational value, including its text lyric-synced translation commentary.
You may also argue that TH-cam and other platforms have translations. Yes and no, the translations are many times not accurate but mostly they are not in time with the music and also for language learning they do not provide a visible association between the original language and the translation. Then once the practice audio versions are used there is no voice detection for these platforms to pick up lyrics. Our fair use application has numerous factors that support its approval and does not take away from the copyright owners in fact it benefits the copyright owners as they will not only be seen as artists who support inclusivity but those using these videos with form a far bigger appreciation for the songs and their lyrics creating fans that would otherwise never purchase or listen to some of these foreign songs.
