    Fasting, abstain from sex for an extended time for Semen retention. Build your semen. No masterbating for at least two months. If you learn to use anger as a tool, it can also boost testosterone. It ties into a regimen of things but it is very possible. I'm 46, and my simple month to month practice keeps me sharp. Look up how to build cells

    LOL, watching how I blasted all over the "place" in less than a month was shocking to say the least, I took what I mentioned not long ago, and although it actually took about 5 weeks for my volume to double up, I just go’ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and her reaction has been priceless!

      HCG is probably going to improve fertility the most using a 1000ui every other day protocol up to 3 to 4 weeks. Pointless running it longer than this due to body being desensitised to the HCG.
      Here is a list of supplements that can help, however a good diet and exercise also plays an important roll with rasing sperm count and overall testosterone levels.
      • Magnesium 200mg.
      • CoQ10 significantly improves sperm count.
      • Ashwagandha
      • Selenium 200mg (recommended dose 400mcg) - sperm quality and mobility.
      • Zinc 10mg to 40mg
      • D-Aspartic Acid 2352 mg. (2 to 3 grams)
      • alpha-tocopherol
      • Nettle Leaf Extract 40 mg.
      • Ginseng red powder 40 mg.
      • Fenugreek extract 40mg - significantly improved overall semen quality and sperm count.
      • Boron 5mg to 10mg
      • Bioperine 5mg.
