- Hello everyone! Welcome back to another vlog! In this episode, my friends and I set out to explore Phander Valley, a stunning village and valley in the Ghizer District of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. Situated 184 kilometers from Gilgit on the way to Shandur Pass, which eventually leads to Chitral, Phander Valley is famous for its breathtaking landscapes, including lush green fields, deep blue lakes, and a meandering river.
Our adventure began in Chatorkhand, where we stopped at Gahkuch Bazar to gather supplies for a barbecue, as it’s the main market along the route to Phander.
Next, we journeyed on and discovered Hoper Garden, a hidden gem in Pakistan. This resort features charming tree houses where we relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. As we continued, we passed through Gupis village and glimpsed the Yasin Valley bridge, along with signboards pointing to other destinations like Darkut, Hundrap, and Shandur.
We also drove past Khalti Lake, which was conveniently located by the roadside, offering stunning views. Upon arriving at Sada Bahar Resort, where we stayed and enjoyed a cup of tea, we ventured to Serbal Village to take in the breathtaking panorama of Phander Valley. From this vantage point, the expansive views are truly remarkable, and I’ve included some drone footage to capture the scenery.
To top off our adventure, we caught some organic trout fish and savored them for dinner. This journey was incredible and is definitely a must-visit destination.
