Everyone was hoping that Clementine should not die in the last episode and she got even worse than she deserved Cancellation of the game *Clementine story will remain unfinished*
Antichrist2000 who cares? The fans of the games care. It sucks to see that one of the best characters telltale has created won’t even get a proper ending at all
The reason is probably because they have a contract with Netflix and would face massive fines if they dropped production. For The Walking Dead they'll just have to deal wuth the community outcry
I. Am. Upset. I’ve gotten so emotionally invested in Clem’s story only to have a barbed stick shoved up my butt at the end cause they ended this AND CONTINUED MINECRAFT.......
The fact that people were hired a week ago is insane especially with them moving across the country. That type of management is wrong it's appalling how they handled this whole thing.
They were irresponsible letting people move all the way across the country, only to be let go. If they knew they were in trouble, they should not have displaced such people over such a long distance.
@@MidnightBanshi what fucking idiot would expect the company to have a future?? The games were easy to make, super phoned in. Story got worse and worse. No replay value, streamers can only play it once and then the whole audience is not going to play it. Tell Tale is hiring? Let me move right now....
There not going to sadly. As it was said there not getting paid unemployment or severance by the Board which is illegal. However taking legal action would cost to much for them all and I think the CEO/Board know's that, which is fucked up.
Batman season 3, walking dead season 4, wolf among us season 2, game of thrones season 2, borderland season 2. Now all gone. Someone please buy the company and let it finish the games.
While this sucks for those affected and I wish all the employees well, I can’t say I’m surprised by this news given that TTG quickly became the game developer equivalent of Guitar Hero.
I played one Telltale game and was thoroughly disappointed with it. So I can't say I'm surprised at this. I was more surprised they were as successful as they were given their lineup of games. They were too niche too be successful in the long-term.
I just realized something, Teen Titans Go, Telltale Games both have the same initials TTG. But this does suck, for the employees, they should make a indie company and parthner up with a lead developer like steam or nintendo.
Yea they made way too many weird games like Borderlands, Game of Thrones, Minecraft and Batman. They should have stuck with Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us. Their greedy ambition was their end.
As a Canadian this is oddly reminiscent of Target's breaching of the market here; big company comes in, isn't making money but doesn't tell anyone, continues to hire people as usual, and then announces they're shutting down in a few weeks and all the new and unfinished stores are going to just sit there and languish due to huge management issues. What a shame!
"management issues." You mean Canadians being Canadian's? Target was doing gang-busters in the US, and still is. If you'r population didn't want to shop there that's not on Target.
@@DxBlack but it is a management issue to open that many stores and have so many stores set to open without a solid customer base all while the company is bleeding money. People would say I don't know how to manage my finances if I went bankrupt because I spend more money than I am earning.
Its because it was expensive here. Hence, no company income. If I wanted to to buy from target, I would just get something cheaper in the US than here.
This is why the most talented people at TellTale lef it a few years earlier after they saw it wouldn't evolve, and created their own studios: Night School Studio (Oxenfree) and Campo Santo (Firewatch). There's another French game like Life is Strange, called The Council, which is on-going and could use your support. There's Dreamfall: Chapters and King's Quest reboot. Then, there are even other, low-budget games, made by other studios back when TellTale was still going strong: Knee Deep Blues and Bullets The Descendant The Bunker Contradiction Those last ones are pretty mediocre, but you'll never know if they might appeal to someone.
Wow, hate to say it but I feel Walking Dead S1 was both the best and worst thing that happened to Tell Tales. The success got to their heads, started making a billion different franchises, teams were streched too thin, it got crazy and quality dropped immediatly. Basically bite way more than they could chew, but I never expected a sudden death like this god damn
Sounds like what happened to Bioware. They got big with KOTOR, Jade Empire, Dragon Age, and Mass Effect, got EA support, and with that money, the power went to their heads, with Mass Effect 3, Dragon Age 2, and SWTOR flopping at the market. It basically meant that EA gave them enough rope to hang themselves with. Same went for Bungie and Destiny when they went to Activision. They went from making quality Halo games to shitting out mediocre Destiny games.
Exactly! Well said. I've been complaining over these years in TWDgame universe for season 3 and a little bit of 4. They started to focus on quantity and less on quality. Oh well, at least Season 1 is still available to play.
HolyknightVader999 I’m not a destiny fan, never played the first and didn’t like destiny 2’s loot system but after that forsaken expansion pass destiny 2 became one of the funniest games to play. I play every game so that’s saying something. Yeah the story is mediocre but the gameplay now is extremely addictive.
I mean when EA bought Bioware alot of talent left the company, also alot of needless features had to be built for EA those latter games online. Talltale situation seems way more shady
Maybe they shouldn’t have taken on 40 different games at once, trying to bank on every big franchise that they could. Should’ve stayed focused on Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us, and then finish them up and go to new projects. They were doing too much at once.
I also don't think them spliting the games in episodes helped, I was waiting for the final episode to come out before buying the final walking dead but I guess that won't happen
I was so hyped abt this and I was 100% willing to pre-order it because I’ve never actually played the game, only ever watched let’s play of it. Thank fuck I didn’t tho, ugh
Eviction Notice honestly their best work. If they would have focused on walking dead and wolf among us and then maybe Batman and they actually incorporated different endings and made your decisions have more wight behind them they would not have to pretty much shutdown
i wanted to get revenge on that fucking bitch snow :( she shits on you and acts all cold and bitchy after all the things i did for her in the first 3 episodes
I was personally really looking forward to another Batman season....Damn. But seriously what the fuck. Finding out you're out of a job literally thirty minutes before they kick your ass out the door? I can't even imagine what that must feel like.
It wasn’t really bad, I just feel like they shouldn’t have wasted all their time on god damn minecraft story mode season 2. I understand that they wanna share some content for younger audiences, but Jesus... Waste of time.
@@maurdrgaming9754 the graphics were terrible with season 3, the most glitches in any season, super lack luster, half-assed with telling what happened to clementine after she left kenny/jane and the choices were so bland.. and how quickly they pumped out episodes literally every week you can tell the developers werent into it either..
@Carly Hawthorne i disagree. It shows that theyre human, with human needs and desires despite the world having ended. It's surprisingly relatable in my opinion. When faced with adversity in real life, sometimes all you want to do is abandon your responsibilities and have a drink, smoke, etc.
The writing was on the wall for a while. Too many licenses at once and they over saturated their own market. Not to mention the quality of the writing varied wildly from game to game and even when they had a stinker they never took any time to improve their formula. Also their game engine was terrible and they never bothered upgrading. Though canceling Walking dead is super scummy. Didn't people already pre-buy the whole season? Maybe THQ Nordic will pick it up. They've picked up everything else lol.
Federal WARN act. Mass layoffs or shutdowns of 100+ employees requires of the employer to deliver a 60 day notice of the layoff. The employees are to be paid through those 60 days. Based on what the ex employees are saying Telltale is in breach of these federal guidelines and employees have rights to get their money.
Craig Slater the only exceptions would be those indirectly employed via third party contracts. As stated in the video there were some of those employees as well.
They're gonna finish TWD But the rest of the projects got canceled unfortunately I wanted a fucking second season for the wolf among us and tales of the borderlands
Wait. Is this really confirmed? I know that new projects were cancelled but the last season of TWD? The rest of the employees will really leave this game half-done?
First time hearing of you, YongYea. Honestly couldn't have hoped for a more professional performance in the reporting and speculation of this event's occurrence. Great job.
I feel like they were also chasing trends by riding the coattails of popular franchises. This became particularly egregious when they came out with their own Batman game before the Arkham games even had a chance to cool. I happen to think their style of games would have been a much better fit for a Superman game, but that's no longer a discussion for here or there... As much as I empathize and have enjoyed their games, this really reeks of something they brought on themselves as a company.
True, but it was way too late by then. Besides, if a company has to face financial ruin before they realize that, they provably weren't gonna last very long anyways.
That's a standard... I was laid off the same way. Was told we had at least a few days to get what I needed from the game we worked on. I remember we weren't being given new tasks, workload was small. We all took a lunch break together for the first time in months; worried but optimistic. I remember walking in the morning of.... we were all gathered in the room and our boss broke the news. It couldn't have felt more real til after I saw the tears in his eyes. Then I realized it was over... I never had a job where I cared so much. If there was one thing I remember were the tears I had knowing I'd never see my coworkers and the job I loved again. It's a hard life as a developer. It's one thing they dont teach in school. To gain success and how to deal with losing it. Good luck guys...
@@papaducknips3461 and Jordan Vorhies, I never really recovered. Most companies now follow the contract model; working for a bit til they literally dont need you. Temp agencies were flooded... Eventually I got so tired of getting laid off that I gave up my passion for stability at a job I couldn't care less about. Thinking back on that is painful.
They should have focused on TWD and The Wolf Among Us. Not hating them for trying other things but Minecraft? Really?! 😐 *The Fanbase will remember that*
Actually Minecraft was one their most important sources of consistent income as far as I know. Bigger than The Wolf Among Us. Not disagreeing about their mismanagement in focus, lots of their licensed games were financial disasters and they just didn't learn.
@@current9300 I dunno man. It seems like they ended up trying to stretch themselves out too much. Really sad that they are shutting down. (Probably worst for the employees)
Wait? So their big finale of the Walking Dead isn't going to be completed, the Wolf among us 2 isn't happening, and no more Batman?! I wanted to continue those stories and see where they went!
It is so stupid they are not going to finish the walking dead but they will finish Minecraft. The situation just shows you the worst example of poor management by the owners and how they screwed over fans and employees.
I tottaly agree. An experienced company don't just "shut down" without sorting out their Bussiness first. This just stinks. Got the feeling some took the money and run...
Executives and Managers grabbing the cash and bolting instead of insuring their employees got covered or people who paid for season passes getting a refund? Color me absolutely shocked.
Worked for a car sales company that pulled the same shit of last minute layoffs & hiring right up until shutting down. The prior owner sold the company to a new company to bail on the incoming 2008 Automotive Crisis & the new company only lasted a year before the economy tanked. The week before layoffs they announced in a meeting that the company was kaput & all 10 buildings would be sold off to become apartments. We had one particularly unhappy man who had only been hired the day before.
+Swiftly Unknown According to RPG Site on Twitter TWD is going to be finished but is going to be finished by a different video game company. Currently it sounds like it's being negotiated with other video game companies.
The funniest part, as pointed out by so many, is their commitment to finishing Minecraft: Story Mode but NOT FINISH The Walking Dead and Clementine's story. Clem, who is arguably one of the best characters they ever created themselves deserved to have an end. I'll always love this company, may have not enjoyed every game they published, but I always adored their charm, style and ability to sometimes really get me invested in a great, well told story. So, thanks for that at the very least.
Either they will finish the game, much later, to fulfill their legal obligations or someone else will be taking over the game. There is no way this company ran out of money unless someone up top was getting such a huge slice of the profit that it killed the company.
Who the fuck even wants Minecraft anyway? They made the walking dead, their final walking dead game, that everybody wanted, and didn’t even finish the damn thing.
The Walking Dead should have been canceled in season 5. Every season afterwards has just been getting steadily worse. Sort of like what happened to True Blood.
and actually improving the technical quality of their games, they were just too lazy getting money out of licensed games like GOT and other franchises, too damn formulaic as well
I’ve always hated TellTale but this is something else.. I don’t want to see people treated like this, ever. The LEAST they could’ve done is given their employees a heads up before throwing them out the door. I’m not glad that 250 people now have no jobs but I hope this serves a lesson to the incompetent management that caused this mess.
@@KoeSeer their games are the same since TWD. If they stayed with TWD and another title (possibly Batman) that probably wouldn't have happened. But no, gotta make a trillion games.
Studio closures and being laid off is never a good thing. My parents were laid off when i was in elementary school. It was a struggle but we managed to survive, i hope those employees will survive as well
I can’t begin to understand the level of selfishness and incompetence that leads to such a colossal failure. Truth is, when management sucks it’s always the employees who pay the price, both literally and figuratively.
wOrldXploRe yep. Management was retarded. They hired too many workers after walking dead season 1 and took on too many projects to make needed changes to said projects.
Charaykee Shilla A business doesn't go under or have to close up unless there is poor management. I'm pissed at the managers for failing in such a tremendously terrible way, over hiring, taking on to many projects at one diminishing The quality for all the said projects, and for not having the decency to tell workers they'd be out of a job soon. the managers were dumb asses who not only failed themselves but the employees that were their when making the walking dead season 1, and lead on new employees into thinking they had a position in a good game studio that would last for quite sometime.
The employees should sue the management/owners. To show up at work and be told you have 30 minutes to vacate the premises, you don't get severance pay and yeah, that includes you, guy who just moved across the country to work here, is petty. For some reason, I don't think the hire ups here are going to hurt as much as the eggs they just dropped
Unfortunately, this is America, where we have worker protection laws with slightly less teeth than a three-month-old baby. Make no mistake about it, the vast majority of those devs are going to have no legal recourse.
*higher ups. The point of that term is to point out status. Your status is "higher up". Hiring is just, well you know. Hiring. I'm not being a grammar Nazi ok? That was just completely wrong.
maxastro sadly this is the case. No job save for huge salaried CEO-type jobs is safe from warning-less, severance-less firing. Happens all day everyday.
Yes, it is legal thanks to the slackening for worker protection laws across the Untied States in the name of "small government" and to "help small businesses" exactly like Telltale. Small businesses are allowed hire "contractual" labor that are not "hired" by the company but work as "independent contractors" (which is actually how large segments of both the games industry and programming industry operate scumily ). In terms of creditors any Investors or Bank loans are gonna get first cut of hard assets and proceeds from those sales. Then maybe former salaried employees suing under California state laws (not US), contract workers (if they can sue for breach of contract), and finally customers who bought the season pass (are likely going to get nothing). Expect exactly this same thing to happen if EA goes under from losing LootBox sales.
Amazing? They were alright. TWD S1, WAU, and TFTB were some of the better ones, not all of their games really reached high peak everytime. I was initially excited about WAU S2, but a part of me believes they would have given it a story that was just okay at best.
If you have a niche product which sells well with a small audience and manage to make money at the end of the day, do not start pushing more products out there and trying to appeal to everyone because not everyone is going to want your product which will lead to you losing money. Lesson of the day kids! Really hope the developers who lost there jobs manage to bounce back soon.
What I loved about tales from the borderlands is it let us step into the shoes of everyday characters. They're lovable but not the most powerful and have basically no fame. It really gave you more appreciation for all the vault hunters in the other games. Especially Zer0
This is the true horror of life as we know it. A story unresolved and left hanging. We will never get another "Wolfs Among Us" We will never get another Sam and Max/Poker Night game. And the story of Clementine will forever be unresolved.
The only thing that should be missed would be Wolf Season 2 and they would probably botch it anyway, seeing as the quality of their writing has gone down the gutter. TWD has been utter shit since at least halfway through Season 2, the first episode of this season was trash and the whole thing would wrap up with AJ having to shoot a bitten Clementine anyway because that's so sad and stuff.
Oh boy. This is about to become a shit show with a lot of people that are going to have an axe to grind. Not to mention that is one seriously incompetent group of higher ups.
I honestly doubt anyone would buy telltale at this point. TWD season 4 only has 2 episodes left, so they’d make little to no money off of it unless they decided to continue off after season 4. They could pick up The Wolf Among Us season 2 and Batman season 3, but it’s unlikely since they already have a story set to follow and can’t change that.
You know what's more sad about this ? The comments on twitter. Gamers are saying..."this is great I didn't like their 'games', " lol who cared about their interactive movies" "Yeah Telltale 'Games'" "To heck with your choose your own story, Japanese visual novels do it better" "They ruin the choose your own story genre". Wow people can be toxic, how can you celebrate people losing their jobs?
J Riibz Model Prime it does suck that people are loosing there jobs but people are still aloud to think what they want about the games they made. They shouldn’t just take the piss out of them loosing there jobs though that’s the messed up part.
Although their season pass sales model was never going to be sustainable l knew this would happen...my thoughts go out to the devs, losing a job this suddenly is never easy
@@ronnieDaking then why did you say hitman sold more than any consul exclusive of when multi-plats already have a much higher chance of selling more than exclusives it's not a fair comparison
Who the hell cares about Minecraft? They better finish the walking dead final season or I they better give me my money back that is stupid as shit if they don't finish a game they started
It’s a Minecraft story mode series for Netflix, not a game.

SLIME LANGUAGE you could’ve asked the same thing regarding Netflix and Marvel not too long ago. 🤷🏽♂️ Netflix is branching out, much like TTG. Only thing is, they’re so mainstream that they can have flops without damaging themselves in the long run. TTG didn’t have that benefit.
Netflix are a big beast. The board needs to satisfy that contract lest they end up in jail until they could pay back their clients' money paid up-front.
The Digital Extremes Twitter openly addressed the closing of Telltale and even put out job offers for those affected by the closing. It'd be nice to see the genius minds of Telltale working on projects like Warframe.
Honestly I'm kind of suprised they managed to operate their shrinking market sales operation that long. After the first walking dead everything was said and done and the only other game that ever came close to it's brilliance was wolf among us. But sadly once you saw how little to no consequence your actions had in other paths, the whole construct began to crumble and took away the magic.
I actually preferred tales from the borderlands over Wolf among us. WOlf has great atmosphere and terrific voice work, but i never felt that my choices mattered and I felt they were making the “jerk” options way to transparent that you were being a bad guy. Like when you were strolling around threatening to bash Porgie’s bar it seemed to forced. Still enjoyed the game though, Bloody Mary was also a highlight
the wolf among us is their best game in my opinion. that story was brilliant, regardless of choices not mattering. but of course the walking dead got more sales so they gotta focus on that, so we never got a sequel and now its too late.
Look the games are made to be played trough once. And every game is the same just like ex.Call of duty.So I don't see the magic aspect that big for them shutting down.
The only game they made that the choices had a lil bit more of impact was the season 2 of Batman, the whole episode 5 had two paths that were quite difderent. But in the end the payoff was the same
When hearing this I wonder about the legal situation at the companies location, especially if management could be charged with delayed filing of insolvency. I mean, if you hire new people a week before bankrupcy, this is a fair question, isn't it?
So sad, was really looking forward to their new Game of Thrones season. This is a classic case of a small studio biting off more than they can chew. They simply took on too many projects and expanded too quickly too soon. This is really sad. Sucks for all the fans of their work.
I love how EA responded to this and offered jobs, so that those people can move on to the next company that doesn't care about them, let's them work overtime and fires them if their project goes south.
@@reggieloaiza7782 Well they responded to the post and said that they have some vacant positions where they can apply, you can see it in the video somewhere
That kind of stuff that happened with the workers of TTG, is unimaginable to happen in other country’s in Europe, Oceania and Latin America, USA labor laws are absurd!!!!
This is kinda sad but, once you learn as to why it happened and what led to it, you kinda understand that the people in control of Telltale were not good at all and they had it coming. If anything, I am sad to never see season 2 of Wolf Among Us because that game was, probably, their best one.
Im actually astonished at the number of employees they had directly working for them! I honestly thought they were still run like a tight-knit indie studio because of how the games never improved technically over the years. ...Maybe a 'small studio' hiring 400 employees & paying their checks in one of the most expensive places to live and work in the USA wasnt the wisest business decision?

Kevin Lucey Yep, Incomplete games
I hate how Telltale decided to finish Minecraft story instead of The Walking Dead
Edward Ubeda they finished that before the knew lol
They finished the walking dead final season though jerky turkeys
It's has more to do with the fact they are contractually obligated by Netflix to make it
That finished ages ago though
Netflix paid them to so
While this sucks for those affected and I wish all the employees well, I can’t say I’m surprised by this news given that TTG quickly became the game developer equivalent of Guitar Hero.
Critical Nobody agreed, it seemed they would license themselves to any property.
Who told those retards to expand so rapidly and then pump out so many mediocre crap. After Wolf among Us, everything went down hill.
This ain't uncommon in the corporate world. Allows investors to shuffle the money out.
"management issues."
You mean Canadians being Canadian's? Target was doing gang-busters in the US, and still is. If you'r population didn't want to shop there that's not on Target.
@@DxBlack but it is a management issue to open that many stores and have so many stores set to open without a solid customer base all while the company is bleeding money. People would say I don't know how to manage my finances if I went bankrupt because I spend more money than I am earning.
Its because it was expensive here. Hence, no company income. If I wanted to to buy from target, I would just get something cheaper in the US than here.
Not to mention they replaced all our Zellers with them which took a long time to set up and now they're just Walmart's

This is what happens when you take on 10+ different projects at once without any innovation.
Probably actually true. Big companies are involved in multiple different types of games for a reason.
Then, there are even other, low-budget games, made by other studios back when TellTale was still going strong:
Knee Deep
Blues and Bullets
The Descendant
The Bunker
Contradiction
Those last ones are pretty mediocre, but you'll never know if they might appeal to someone.
I also don't think them spliting the games in episodes helped, I was waiting for the final episode to come out before buying the final walking dead but I guess that won't happen
that wasnt the reason though
@@rotmgpumcake they bought licenses And either made bad games or didn't do anything with them

I'm so disappointed 😭
Season 3 kinda fucked up the series tbh
THQ Nordic is quickly developing the rep of being 'Netflix of Games' when it comes to saving franchises from oblivion.
It's a shame that THQ Nordic has very little talent anymore and lately has been squeezing out low effort, lethargic ports.
Its funny they killed off all their projects but a spinoff to one of their less successful products.
Hahahaha thq is best :D
THQ Nordic has talent. But they are first testing the market with the IPs they purchased. Which are wanted, which are not.

In reading the WARN act, there are exemptions..
Craig Slater the only exceptions would be those indirectly employed via third party contracts. As stated in the video there were some of those employees as well.
Jacobe Ever wondered what Fun with Dick and Jane would look like in real life? Well here you go.

@@rafaelt1772 He was trying to say the word overzealous fits the situation the best...
Yeah but they were going back to quality over quantity, Batman Season 2 is proof of that.
But then this happened...
True, but it was way too late by then. Besides, if a company has to face financial ruin before they realize that, they provably weren't gonna last very long anyways.

It's gonna be interesting to see what kind of dirty laundry turns up because of this.

Everyone in telltale loses here, not just the employees. Do you really hate Managers that bad?
Charaykee Shilla A business doesn't go under or have to close up unless there is poor management. I'm pissed at the managers for failing in such a tremendously terrible way, over hiring, taking on to many projects at one diminishing The quality for all the said projects, and for not having the decency to tell workers they'd be out of a job soon. the managers were dumb asses who not only failed themselves but the employees that were their when making the walking dead season 1, and lead on new employees into thinking they had a position in a good game studio that would last for quite sometime.
@@brandonc5376 I still don't understand why you're angry at other people's failure in decision making.
Is it even legal? Where I'm from firing people in that manner will definitely get you in trouble.

They could pick up The Wolf Among Us season 2 and Batman season 3, but it’s unlikely since they already have a story set to follow and can’t change that.
*The employees don't deserve this, the fans don't deserve this, Clementine don't deserve this.*
KingMoe Clementine will remember this.
Your Mum deserves this.
J Riibz Model Prime it does suck that people are loosing there jobs but people are still aloud to think what they want about the games they made. They shouldn’t just take the piss out of them loosing there jobs though that’s the messed up part.
Nobody deserved this but things happen
Although their season pass sales model was never going to be sustainable l knew this would happen...my thoughts go out to the devs, losing a job this suddenly is never easy
The Wavy Wun
Tell that to hitman 2016 it sold more then any console exculve that isn’t on the Wii U so far
@@ronnieDaking umm... Hitman is a multi-plat
jet 217974 so is telltale games
@@ronnieDaking then why did you say hitman sold more than any consul exclusive of when multi-plats already have a much higher chance of selling more than exclusives it's not a fair comparison
I like how you missed the Wiiu part. a system that only have 13 million console sold also had games sold more copies company then any ps4 exclusive
They’re continuing Minecraft but not Wolf Among Us? No wonder they’re bankrupt
Yeah. The management made a shitload of moronic decicions. Those fucking greedy bastards.
Fucking Minecraft...
I'd much rather they finish the walking dead ffs. I seriously hope another company can pick up where they left off.
Who the hell cares about Minecraft? They better finish the walking dead final season or I they better give me my money back that is stupid as shit if they don't finish a game they started
Who even played that? Like 5 people? How many played TWD and Wolf Among Us?? Jesus.
The saddest part about this is that season 4 of walking dead is not gonna end and they cant refund the money
Majin Silver no they might complete it on their Twitter they said but no promises
They might end it they said in twitter they might do somekind of ending to it
and of course they’re still working on Minecraft story mode...
Their under contract from Netflix to continue producing episodes, that's the only reason
SLIME LANGUAGE yeah. Same here.
I can't wait for a Dev to pick up the Sam and Max lincense.
@XAndroid1 it's not possible for warframe to have QTEs in their gaming structure
Ubisoft also offers to hire old TT devs
>Genius minds of Telltale.
You're definitely no Steven Hawking if you think that TTG had geniuses on their team.
good guy Warframe
Honestly I'm kind of suprised they managed to operate their shrinking market sales operation that long. After the first walking dead everything was said and done and the only other game that ever came close to it's brilliance was wolf among us. But sadly once you saw how little to no consequence your actions had in other paths, the whole construct began to crumble and took away the magic.
Yehp, these kind of games are only meant for one play through which is a shame.
Why couldn't it be EA?
Same.
Although, I did enjoy NBA LIVE 15.
Why couldn't it be fucking Blizzard...
EA is too big even if everyone hates them.
@Player Gamer903 cause they are slowly turning into EA due to the partnership with activision
I agree. Hopefully its EA next
I think that i have gotten the bad ending...
Everyone got this ending :( our choices didn't matter
PETITION TO MAKE SEPTEMBER 22ND A NATIONAL HOLIDAY IN REMEMBERANCE OF TELLTALE
1,429 HAVE SIGNED
I would sign 😭😭😭 RIP BEST GAME COMPANY
This is about as dumb as it gets.
I love how EA responded to this and offered jobs, so that those people can move on to the next company that doesn't care about them, let's them work overtime and fires them if their project goes south.
There's nothing wrong with working overtime so long as it's mutual. If they're forced to do overtime then of course that's bad
Plenty of other companies did the same thing. And they're not job offers, just interviews.
EA did that? Wow, didn't expect sych a thing from them.
Tbh EA is a better job to have than to be a customer for so kudos to ea (still worst company tho)
@@reggieloaiza7782 Well they responded to the post and said that they have some vacant positions where they can apply, you can see it in the video somewhere
Nooooo, I was so hyped for The Wolf Among Us 2
EXACTLY! Shit, dude!
That's the only game I was hyped to get :'(
awesomejf03 that was their best game imo. So was the walking dead season 1. But the other Seasons weren't as good.
Me too, dude... Me too..
I'd say that's the only game they created that was just as good or better than walking dead season one
Telltale fans will remember that...
And people who hate TellTale, like me, will remember it with a smile.
Rick Berman McCallum Telltale games were great
Rick Berman McCallum no one cares
Hahahaha shit.
You clearly cared enough to reply :P
That kind of stuff that happened with the workers of TTG, is unimaginable to happen in other country’s in Europe, Oceania and Latin America, USA labor laws are absurd!!!!
This is kinda sad but, once you learn as to why it happened and what led to it, you kinda understand that the people in control of Telltale were not good at all and they had it coming. If anything, I am sad to never see season 2 of Wolf Among Us because that game was, probably, their best one.
TWD Season 1 too
In my opinion the walking dead was the best, and am sad and angry I don't get what I paid for because of some stupid people in charge of the company.
There doesn't need to be a season 2 with the Fables comics.
Praying they finish twd final season instead of Minecraft
not going to happen unfortunately
They can't. Netflix is paying them to finish Minecraft.
Contract obligations most likely.
They'll have a lot of refunds to issue.
Well at least I get to watch allshamnowow shit on another minecraft story mode episode.
Although with that skeleton crew I'm not so sure.
They tried to split up each game with a group of devs so they didn't have to release games one at a time
Thats what happens when you get a big company with very little innovation
My profile pic is me right now.
Stiff upper lip, my dear
i’m dead
Mine too though.
Mine has a cat being threaten with knifes
Pet Videos You mean Isabelle being threatened by hands from Smash Bros Ultimate, right?
