As per RERA rules these EWS flat allotment is illegal 50 % flats should be offered to MIG allottees, these EWS people are confused, DDA action is as per RERA rules, these EWS should take their Space as per RERA rules not by gundaraj.

Any reserved category people here? What you have to say on DDA's discrimination against all the reserved category people by converting all the reserved category MIG & HIG Dwarka flats to general in Phase 2 & 3 auction ?
As per policy, if reserved category flats go unsold in first phase, then flats will be sold as normal flats in p2 and p3
@@DeepakPandeywow this is not the exact policy. The policy is that if a sufficient number of applications are not received from the reserved category on a particular flat type then the flats would be converted. Now this policy does not make sense in e auction process and is only logical in draw format. Also, no data has been provided about how many applications they got from the reserved category .
@@DeepakPandeywow I even raised this issue when the brochure was launched but no one helped me. Just a few handful of flats were there in the reserved category and that too were converted to general shows they don't have good intentions to provide flats to the reserved category
DDA also dislikes reserved category people and they discriminate against them....... They converted the flats supposed to be given to the reserved category to general category, why? Either don't provide reservation or either don't convert our flats to general category

Plinth area is inclusive of parking, park and open area since open area is built on covered parking and covered parking is only offered to LIG/MIG.

Who told you that MIG and LIG people have only paid for common area? Both LIG and MIG have paid for 32000 sqm common area and EWS have paid for 28000 sqm common area. They have almost paid for equal area.

It's not about blaming anyone but if people were not ready to share the space I am wondering why they bought this space for this hefty price, both the categories paid the heavy amount per their pockets and this was DDA who actually supported this unethical and yes you are write if anyone who is answerable is only DDA.
But the point here is earlier they said this is common space and now this fencing such actions create social segregation and perpetuate inequality, contradicting the principles of fair housing and community integration. Homebuyers of EWS category also deserve transparency and honesty about the environment they're investing in, not artificial barriers that foster division. DDA should prioritize inclusivity and transparency in their projects to promote a more harmonious and equitable living environment for all residents.
Also DDA is talking about the world class infrastructure wherein they are allocating only one main gate for more than 1000 flats.
Yes no individual is answerable only DDA is responsible for this injustice.

सेंट्रल ग्रीन पार्क तो पार्किंग का रूफटॉप है तो जिसको पार्किंग आवंटित हुई है उसी को उसके रूफटॉप को use करने का भी अधिकार होगा, EWS वाले पार्किंग के रूफटॉप पर अपना अनाधिकृत कब्जा दिखाना चाहते हैं जो कि असंवैधानिक है। कृपया ईडब्ल्यूएस वाले इस पर विचार करें एवं निर्णय लें।

Partition Krna tha to phle Krna tha DDA ko, many prospective buyers don't buy flat here because they don't want to live with EWS flats in same premises and they don't book flats, and those who have booked know what they got...if fencing happen then this is cheating with those prospective buyers who didn't book flat here because there is no fencing at that time
EWS owners have paid a mere amount of 36 lakhs, vahin pe luxury ke naam pe MIG walo ne bidding me 1.7-1.8 crores tak diye hain.
Kal ko yahi EWS wale fir parking space me apni cars bhi lagane lagenge or bolenge hum bhi do space humara bhi toh ghar hai yahan fir LIG or MIG wale kahan jayenge. Koi mazzak hai kya.

Is video ke madhyaam se logo ke dwara sirf one sided misconceptions failaye jaa rhe hai aur pure issue ko garib ve ameer banane ki koshish ho rhi hai, but mudda yeh nhi hai.
1. Yeh pura galat hai ki saare LIG/MIG walle EWS wallo se nafrat karte hai. Being owner of one flat i can say of myself that we also are middle class hard working persons who had invested there hard earned money just like you. We must work to ensure peaceful and harmonised enviornment in our locality.
2. Sab log bol rhe hai ki DDA ne apne plans mein kahi bhi boundary wall ka nhi bataya, yeh puri tareh se galat hai, Layout plan (numbering plan) mein clearly banayi hui hai.
3. EWS people are demanding same amenties like others, but whether they are willing to give same amount of maintaince charges for this and corpus fund?????
4. And there was no provision of parking for EWS, and we knows that most of household have car these days. And there are not enough car parking space for them ,so how wud they ensure ki koi EWS walla car park nhi karega, aur is baare mein roj roj ladai nhi hogi, do they have suggestion in this regard
5. With regard of entry gates, we can always make new one after taking due permissions if required.
6. With refard to waste dumping, yha pr ek misconception hai, dump dono side proposed hai.
Finally i wud appeal to DDA to file police case against the people who had forcibbly stopped the work of fencing as th case of obstructing govt. servant in discharge of his official duties.

DDA brochure we are looking in has no such dividing proposal. According to your point no 5 why there is a need for an extra gate if all is going with the plan.
In the brochure also, black colour lines are drawn showing boundary where DDA was erecting wall, pls zoom in the brochure at same place and see.
In regard of gate, I said if we all agreed we can take permissions and find a solution.
