I can def relate man with the procrastination and your diet affecting your mental health. Being a full time content creator for the last year and 4 months. I can say that you’ll be your own worst enemy. And sometimes you just have to grind through it and force yourself to make content even if you don’t want to.

I was also gonna say if you need any advice for growing your channel etc. there’s no magic way but I can tell you what’s worked for me and give you some seo advice etc.

TH-cam studio app is sick if you aren't already using it, and tour tips for drummers. Feel what you're going through my man. Hope you can catch that streak of motivation and drive again soon.

Tour stuff for sure would be cool. Updates on your diet and workout while on tour would be interesting to see!
Also, don't worry about it too much my guy. Create what you can and just post it. Done is better than perfect. You will be able to evolve the content as you go.

Do the vlogs once or twice a week. That way you can gather enough content and you don’t have to stress on footage.
Then other video series Ideas would be drum vids, how to vids for new bands, studio/life challenges (made this song is 24HOURS or How much can I run in 105 degree swfl heat. Etc)
