    Breakfast:
    Are you happy to make it everyday or should you meal prep it on Sunday?
    Lunch:
    Ingredient prep everything for your chosen flavour of nourish bowl.
    Heres what you need
    Protein ( tofu, beans, tempeh, salmon, tuna, chicken, beef… )
    Grain ( rice, quinoa, pasta... )
    Green ( mixed greens, spinach, kale... )
    Add on veggies ( cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, carrot, cabbage, peppers... )
    Cheese?
    Dried nuts, seeds, fruits? Any other add ons - like olives for medi bowl or green onion for an Asian bowl or corn for a mexi bowl...
    Sauce
    Dinner:
    1 bulk dinner (Prep on Sunday)
    1 easy dinner (stir-fry, pasta)
    1 fun dinner ( that can be easy! )
    1 sheet pan dinner (protein + veg on the same pan + make grain & sauce)
